  I've 2nd hand watched 7FigureDocs grow from 0 customers in 2017 to over ***** customers in 2023, helping thousands of practices to bring in 10, 20, 30 even 100 new clients per month. I'm leaving this post because I see some poor reviews here and want to leave my 2 cents! A few poor reviews compared to HUNDREDS of 5-star reviews on ******, Trust Pilot, Video stories on the website, etc. is incredible. I personally know almost every employee at the company and there are nothing but hard working professionals who want nothing but the best for the clients. Super proud of the BEST medical marketing agency in the space. Find another marketing agency in the medical space that has done better work. DO your research !!! :)

  I have used 7 Figs for the past couple of years. We do get some difficult leads coming into the clinic but this is par for the course. ******** ads do bring in shoppers but it really is the level of systems the clinic has in place that is going to ultimately get the patients under care. The quality of the doctors consult, exam, and ROF are really the factors that will convert shoppers into buyers. Sure we get some low quality leads and we do not spend a large amount of time with. But hands down the schedule is consistently filled with new patients complaining of neck and back pain are interested in the services we provide thanks to a inexpensive FB ad. We have systems in place to prescreen the leads and booking to qualify them. This is an awesome company that will deliver. The business owner has to be accountable and be able to process the leads properly to be successful. So we are thankful for this company and their staff that will assist us at any time.

  Worst company- took my money to start up- made excuses after excuses on why the platform was not set up after 30 days. Finally after **************************************************** any ads went out! They refused to refund me.Basically its like a pyramid scheme. If they sign up 10 people they only make one person happy and the rest they do what they did me- nothing and keep the money. They state that they give money back guaranteed but when you sign a contract it does not say it in language that holds up- so we the investors trying to grow a practice get screwed. This place feeds off doctors who fall for the game then the doc who just write off the loss.. please stay away!

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. They rushed with creating 2 cookie cutter ads on FB with the stock pictures, even though I gave them my own material. They prompt you to create discounted offers that attract shoppers and bottom feeders. The wording of the ad was extremely unprofessional and never been fixed. Dont believe their free trial and money back guarantee. It doesnt happen, and even if they were willing to return their fees, the ad spend budget nobody will return to you. In 3 months Ive received 3 actual patients through the door, all of them outside of the demographic and income parameters. The rest of the patients were so called bookings whod never replied back and never show up. Despite my personal messages, emails or calls. This is garbage collection. Ive had the same results on my own FB add for $5 per day. And teas, as a previous reviewer said, even when you notify them that you want to stop, they wouldnt do it right away. They still were proceeding with those ads, my credit card was charged again by FB. Theyve compensated me that negligent amount, but not their monthly fees. Horrible experience. *** told them that I will make sure that all my colleagues and all the numbers of FB dental groups will know about their fraudulent practices, they didnt get it and I am following my promise.PS. If you want to respond, please dont, because I will make sure that a screenshot of this review and your response will be posted on all FB dental forums again and I am in a lot of them.

  I agree with all the other reviews. They had me running around wasting my time trying to clear my schedule no shows and ******** users looking to get everything for free, so wasting my time I could spend on paying clients. They also charged me after I had conceled.

  There was an email sent with your cancelation notice from 5/24, and you paid your final bill on 6/3. Once it was brought to our attention of a payment made in error we promptly refunded it the exact same day. Unfortunately an email you sent did not go through due to a technical issue and we still provided the service you paid for up until your final day. Your claims of the charge after cancelation are incorrect. All services were provided to you as contracted per the scope of the agreement. We wish you the best in your future marketing endeavors.

  I am in the boat as other reviewers here. Charged my CC for a second month ..when I cancelled. They gave false assurances, I had zero conversions in reality. Not a single sign up. Executive manager did not respond to email and concerns on time. Beware of their fraud practices

  This company is forcing me to continue with them for another month and has charged my business credit card for this month. I want to separate from them for multiple reasons: -the executive account manager does not answer her emails or text in promptly manner - ads with spelling errors and poor English as my potential clients posted on ******** -I have not received 30 or more patients walking through my door in the last 30 days (which is the guarantee they have) with the funnel they supposedly had significant amount of experience with (RF Microneedling)-corrections to the funnel always take forever I dont respect a company that is forcing me to stay with them. I would like to get a refund for my money and go our separate ways please!

  I had a horrible experience with 7FigureDocs. It's one thing to generate leads that were poor quality and never converted into paying patients. But it's another issue to continue to bill my credit card for months after I've cancelled the service. They keep telling me that they are 'looking into it' but continue to charge me even though I'm not receiving anything from them. I have to cancel this business card to stop the recurring charges.

  Definitely a ****. I did better running ads myself. Their strategy is based on false advertising and booking leads that turn into no-shows or cancellations. That's how they get you. That's what makes up their 30 appointments they promise. We received many angry messages from people about the false advertising. All we got in the end was a ruined reputation and less than $1000 ROI for $1500 ad spend. How are you gonna call yourselves a marketing company when you create more problems than you fix?! We now have to try and undo the reputation damage. And obviously they won't refund us.
