I am writing to formally request a refund of the payments I made to 7Figure Docs in the total amount of $4,897 (transactions on 05/15/25, 05/29/25, 07/02/25, and 09/11/25).Per our agreement, I was promised 45 new patients within 45 days. To date, I have only received one patient, which falls far short of the contracted obligation. I have raised these concerns with your team multiple times, and each time I was met with excuses rather than a resolution. Additionally, I have reason to doubt the accuracy of the scheduling numbers reported, as patients listed as scheduled were never reachable. This constitutes a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services and a breach of contract. Given that the promised results were not provided, I am requesting a full refund of $4,897.Initial Complaint

FALSE ADVERTISING OF HIPAA COMPLIANCE 7FigureDocs engages in systematic false advertising by marketing "HIPAA Compliant CRM Platform" to healthcare providers while being completely non-HIPAA compliant and disclaiming all responsibility.DECEPTIVE CONTRACT STRUCTURE:Contract dated April 17, 2025 states "Client acknowledges our TOS: ******************************************" making it appear terms are integrated into contract. This URL doesn't exist and redirects elsewhere, preventing review of actual terms during signing.Their actual Terms of Service (different URL) explicitly disclaims "any warranty of any kind" and places all privacy compliance on healthcare providers - directly contradicting their "HIPAA Compliant" marketing.HIDDEN DISCLAIMERS:Company deliberately obscures HIPAA disclaimers by:Using non-existent URL in contract Making disclaimers appear as contract terms rather than separate website Burying critical disclaimers in hidden website terms NON-COMPLIANCE EVIDENCE:When I requested their Business Associate Agreement (required for *****), they refused and escalated to legal threats. Representative claimed *** exists but wouldn't specify when obtained or provide copy.CONSUMER HARM:As licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, I face $500-$50,000 HIPAA penalties due to their false advertising. Requested refund for breach of contract - they refused and threatened legal action.REGULATORY COMPLAINTS FILED:Filed complaints with *************, **********, and *** due to systematic deception affecting healthcare providers and patient privacy.RESOLUTION SOUGHT:Refund, cessation of false advertising, clear HIPAA disclaimer disclosure, public acknowledgment of deceptive practices. This threatens healthcare integrity by deceiving providers about critical compliance while hiding contradictory terms.Customer Answer

Dear BBB Mediator,
I am formally updating my complaint against *****************, regarding their material breach of our ****************** Agreement (executed April 17, 2025, Doc ID: *****************************************. This breach stems from their failure to deliver the promised *****-compliant marketing services, which constitutes grounds for a full refund of $7,494.00
Background and Timeline of Events:
As a healthcare provider operating under strict HIPAA regulations, I specifically contracted with 7Figure **** based on their explicit representations of HIPAA-compliant services. However, when I requested essential compliance documentation on July 23 and July 25, 2025, the company's response revealed a fundamental misrepresentation of their capabilities. They refused to provide documentation of HIPAA compliance.
Rather than providing the requested ***** compliance documentation, ***** ***** immediately escalated the matter to their attorney, ****** ********, ***** on July 25, 2025. This escalation occurred without any attempt at good-faith resolution and was accompanied by a concerning disclaimer stating that clients are "responsible for their own legal compliance" and that 7Figure **** is "not a legal or compliance authority."
Contradictory ********
Despite directing all communication through legal counsel, Ms. ***** contradicted this directive by personally contacting me via voicemail on July 28, 2025, and email on July 29, 2025, proposing an "amicable" resolution through direct conversation. This inconsistent approach suggests an attempt to circumvent proper mediation channels after realizing the seriousness of regulatory complaints filed with multiple state Attorneys General.Core Issues:
False Advertising: 7Figure **** markets HIPAA-compliant services while simultaneously disclaiming responsibility for legal compliancea clear contradiction that misleads healthcare providers.Breach of Contract: The company failed to deliver the HIPAA-compliant marketing services explicitly promised in our agreement.
Regulatory Risk: Their unauthorized use of tracking technologies and failure to provide Business Associate Agreements exposes healthcare providers to potential HIPAA violations and malpractice liability.
Bad Faith ******** The immediate escalation to legal counsel, followed by attempts to bypass that same counsel, demonstrates inconsistent and potentially manipulative business practices.
Request for Resolution:
Given 7Figure ****' escalation to legal representation and their contradictory communications, I am uncomfortable engaging in direct negotiations without proper mediation. I believe their belated outreach was prompted solely by regulatory complaints filed with the BBB and multiple state Attorneys General, as no such overtures were made prior to these filings.I respectfully request BBB mediation to:
Secure a full refund of $7,494 for services that were misrepresented and not delivered as promised
Ensure 7Figure **** implements proper HIPAA compliance measures to protect current and future healthcare provider clients
Establish clear accountability for their misleading marketing practicesNext Steps:
I am prepared to participate fully in the mediation process and can provide additional documentation, including the complete correspondence trail, contract details, and evidence of regulatory filings. I believe mediation through the BBB or state-mediated processes in ********** offers the best path forward for a fair resolution.
Please advise on the next steps for initiating formal mediation. I am committed to resolving this matter professionally while ensuring accountability for practices that put healthcare providers at regulatory risk.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,**** *****, NP-C

Dear BBB Mediator,
After sending my email to Ms. ***** explaining my hesitance for phone calls without 3rd party mediation as she initiated legal counsel, I received the following email from **** ********. I have also attached a screenshot. I have still not been given any documentation of HIPAA compliance which is what and I continue to ask for to protect me and other healthcare providers across *****************. As I did not have enough space to provide my initial request of ***** compliance I have also attached it. I am penning a response at this time and will keep you updated.
Dear ****,
Im writing to you as ***Founder of 7FigureDocs.
While we respect your right to express dissatisfaction with our services, the public statements youve made (including your post to the Better Business Bureau) go far beyond opinion. They contain multiple provably false accusations that 7FigureDocs violated HIPAA law, which is not only untrue but highly damaging and defamatory to our companys reputation.
We have not initiated legal proceedings, nor did we intend to escalate matters unnecessarily. However, given the gravity of your claims and the reputational harm caused by publicizing inaccurate and unsupported allegations, we were forced to consult with our compliance legal counsel. If these claims are not retracted from the BBB immediately, we will be forced to pursue legal action to protect our business and reputation. Please understand that false public statements (especially claims involving regulatory violations without evidence) can lead to liability for defamation and reputational damages, (This is not a joke - I invite you to do some internal research on the liability you may face here if your accusations are false claims).
I strongly encourage you to remove the public BBB post immediately. Should you prefer mediation, we are open to a formal discussion facilitated by a representative from the Better Business Bureau. Please let us know when and where that call will take place.
Not only did we release you from the signed agreement and waive the $1,497 invoice due on August 3, 2025, but in an effort to resolve this matter amicably, we are also willing to refund your most recent payment of $1,497 made on July 3, 2025 for services rendered. If this resolution is acceptable, we will process the refund immediately, contingent upon your agreement to remove the false claims posted to the BBB and anywhere else for that matter. If not, we are happy to proceed with the mediated call as you requested, including participation from our legal counsel. Please confirm your decision by Thursday at 6:00 PM EST and let us know how you would like to proceed.
Respectfully,
**** ********Customer Answer

Good morning,
Here is my ******** to Mr.********** ******** to remove my complaint from the BBB. I have attached it . It is addressed to his legal counsel requesting them to coordinate mediation as Mr. ******** has threatened me with defamation.
Dear Mr.********,
I am writing in ******** to **** ********** email of July 30, 2025, which alleges that my Better Business Bureau complaint against ***************** contains "provably false accusations" of HIPAA violations and demands retraction by July 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM EST. I stand by my complaint, as it reflects legitimate concerns based on 7Figure ***** failure to provide requested ***** compliance documentation and misleading contract terms.
Background and Good Faith **************** my initial request for HIPAA compliance documentation from my account manager, ********** I have sought verification that 7Figure ***** services meet HIPAA requirements to protect my practice and patients. I sent certified letters on July 23 and July 25, 2025, to 7Figure Docs (copies attached), requesting a Business Associate Agreement, staff training records, and policies, as required by 45 CFR 164.502(e) and 164.530(b)(1).
Despite these good faith requests, 7Figure Docs has provided no documentation, raising concerns about their advertised "HIPAA compliant services",especially given Mr. ********** assertion of compliance. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, 7Figure Docs immediately escalated to legal threats.
Pattern of Coercive Response Tactics
This pattern of intimidation began with Ms. ***** ******* July 25, 2025 ********,which immediately escalated to legal threats rather than addressing legitimate compliance concerns. Ms. ***** stated that "clients are solely responsible for their own legal compliance, including the proper collection, use, and storage of any patient data," directly contradicting 7Figure *****advertised "HIPAA-compliant" services. She further threatened legal remedies for "defamation, slander, or unauthorized chargebacks" and directed all communication to your office without offering direct discussion of my concerns.
Mr.********** July 30, 2025 email continues this coercive pattern by demanding retraction of my BBB complaint, threatening defamation litigation, and conditioning partial refunds on withdrawal, with an arbitrary deadline of July 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM EST. These systematic intimidation tactics appear coercive and may violate consumer protection laws, including 15 U.S.C. 45 ************************* Act) and state Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices statutes (e.g., NMSA 57-12-1), by attempting to suppress legitimate client concerns rather than providing standard business documentation.
Current Request for Documentation
This letter is my third request for 7Figure Docs to provide documentation proving HIPAA compliance:
Business Associate Agreements (45 CFR 164.502(e), 164.308(b)(1))
Staff training records (45 CFR 164.530(b)(1), 164.308(a)(5))
Policies and technical safeguards for handling protected health information (45 CFR *******, 164.530(j))
These are standard requirements for entities handling PHI, and I am obligated as a covered entity to obtain assurances that business associates safeguard PHI (45 CFR 164.502(e)).
Contract ***************************************** Agreement (April 17, 2025, Doc ID:***************************************** claims a "HIPAA Compliant CRM Platform." Without documentation to substantiate this, I am concerned that 7Figure Docs may be in breach of the agreement. My concerns are fact-based and supported by:
Their advertised "HIPAA compliant services"
Unauthorized use of tracking technologies (e.g., Meta pixel, potentially violating OCR guidance from March 18, 2024)
Their consistent failure to respond to my documentation requests
Financial Resolution
Mr.********** offer of a $1,497 refund plus a $1,497 invoice waiver is insufficient, as my losses total $7,494, including:
Set-up fee: $1,500
Management fees: $2,994
Non-retargetable ad spend: $3,000 (due to absence of HIPAA-compliant consent forms)
A full refund is warranted to address these losses and the regulatory risks to my practice caused by their breach of contract.
Path Forward
I will gladly retract my BBB complaint upon receiving verifiable HIPAA compliance documentation that addresses my concerns. Without such documentation, I must maintain the complaint to protect healthcare providers and patients. I have updated relevant government agencies, including the Attorneys General of ********** and *******, the *** and others about these developments to ensure patient data protection.
On July 25, 2025, Ms. ***** directed all communication to your office, but her subsequent call, voicemail, and email on July 29, 2025, contradicted this directive, making me prefer third-party mediation for discussions. I welcome Mr. ********* agreement to mediation facilitated by the Better Business Bureau and remain open to a fair resolution that secures the full $7,494 refund and ensures proper HIPAA compliance protections. Please coordinate with the BBB to schedule mediation and direct all correspondence through your office, per Ms.****** ************************************ *****, FNP-C
