    On August 5, 2023 I ordered a antenna online for $199.99 because the advertised it was a 2023 model, but when I received it the box said 2020 design via **** tracking #********************** which arrived on August 12, 2023. I hooked it up to my existing coax cable and the channels came in, but the antenna wouldn't hook to my antenna pole so I submitted a request to return within their 30 day return policy and it was approved with a RMA# V3DZ79SS on 8-17-23. So on 8-22-23 I sent it back via **** tracking #********************** and they received it on 8-25-23. Their refund policy states that the refund will be refunded within 7 to 10 days. I emailed their support team and I was told they'd have to inspect the return package, which everything was just like they sent it to me, but I never heard back from them. Now I'm out $199.99 plus the antenna and the return shipping of *****.

    Supposedly they have refunded me, but I've yet to receive the refund via the finance company Affirm.

    About three weeks ago I received an antenna that was not what I ordered, was missing parts, and the motor did not work Hello,I have a problem with the antenna that was purchased on order # ******.First off, I did not receive the splitter, or the pole that I paid extra for.Next, I ordered a 2023 antenna advertised to reach a 900 mile range, but the box for the antenna that I received states it is a 2020 version with a 200 mile range:Lastly, the remote control does not work.I tried two separate new sets of batteries out of the box, and then a set of batteries out of something that does work.The remote does not workit does not light up, and the antenna will not turn. There is a light on the motor, so that is not the problem.What is your company going to do to give me the antenna that I ordered, and a remote that works.I have emailed the company 6 times. They responded once over a week ago that they will look into it.I would like the antenna that I ordered--that works, and the parts that were missing.

    I was looking for a good Digital Antenna and came across Cordless Magic which claims to have a 900 mile range and has all kinds of good reviews. (90 percent of them are 5 stars!) I placed an order on line with the company on July 24th 2023, it was shipped on July 26th 2023 and I received it on July 28th or 29th 2023. I'm not sure as I wasn't at the ship address those days. I am less than 70 miles north of ********* **. ********* is at 620' above Sea Level and ******** ** is around ****'. My house is on a high point with not obstructions. I was able to finally get around to trying the antenna out last weekend, I hooked up the antenna as instructed, I already have another digital antenna that works OK. The Cordless Magic didn't have any signal at all. I played around with it for several hours, ******* a product with so many great reviews with a 900 mile range should be able to pick up TV within 70 miles. It didn't work so I repackaged it and went to do a return. Their return policy is 30 days, I attempted to do the return on August 29th. That's 30 days maybe 31, in either case they refuse to do a return. I can understand if I waited months later but to be on the day or with in 1 day of the time frame isn't right to not do a return. Their web site won't let me post a review of the product. Funny so do they only let good review get posted? I'm sure if I am in a city this probably does work, but there is no way it works as they claim which is why I bought it to begin with.

    I ordered a 2023 900 mile range TV antenna for ******this company sent me a 2020 antenna you can buy for ********************************************************************************************************************************* to spend my own money and ship back the antenna and then Id get a refund and after responded I shouldnt have to pay for the shipping for your mistake. I got no response. This is a scam website. Do not order from this website. My order number is ******. They still have not contacted me. Im going to dispute this charge with my bank.

    8/4/23 ordered a 900 mile 2023 TVAntenna I received a 200 mile 2020 antenna I have sent 4 emails and 3 phone calls to attempt to resolve this issue. All I receive is automated response.I believe the company to be fraudulent

    Purchase a coodless antenna for ***** Received a food wrapper instead. Bait and switch. Company does acknowledge error. Tracking no belongs to food wrapper no antenna sent.

    Ordered the new 860 mile antenna Received a 200 mile antenna now I cant even get a response back!!!Paid $149 an got a $89 antenna

    This month I ordered a Omni directional 2023 antenna 860 mile range. When we got the package the box said 2020 series. So my husband and I decided to try it. But I did email them about it and I got back a message saying that they would get back to me as soon as possible. We didn't get any more channels than we already have. So I decided to send it back. So I carried the package back to the post office and it costed me $14.85. in a couple of days I tracked it and I was told it was delivered in the front lobby to the receptionist. I yet to see my money back of $149.00 or an email

    Placed order on 4/26 for omni-directional antenna with 450 mile range. Paid $109.99 by credit card. Was delivered 5/1. We tried and tried to get it to work. 5/16 asked company to for customer service. Received reply promptly that they would "response" to me asap; that email included some links which we tried but didn't answer our questions or concerns. Requests by email for support gave the exact same automated response. Beginning of June, I gave up and tried to return item. Was informed it could not be returned (wasn't told why but my best guess is that it was now past their 30-day return policy). I just want to return item and get refund. Order # ****** Thank you.

    I purchased a product in March 23, 2023 from cordless magic which did not work. I received approval to return the product on April 3 and returned it on April 5. Returned product was delivered to cordless magic and signed for on April 11, 2023. It has been over 30 days and I still have not been refunded. I have made several inquiries with no response. Thank you!
