Order confirmed 5/7/25: Cordless Magic Antenna x2 (two pack)Total $134.46 Standard USA Shipping (2 to 3 business days)Cordless Magic shipped single antenna only. This order was for a 2 p**** have gone round and round with the company starting 5/11. The responses given make no sense and it appears they are trying to pull the old ************* routine.Order was confirmed but the company never provided shipping information until I reached out first on 5/12.5/12 I asked for status on shipment; company said it was dispatched 5/13 Tracking information provided ***** **************************); I notified that incorrect item was received; Company responds that it was shipped.5/15 Company responds that packaging was outdated. Doesn't acknowledge wrong item shipped; I sent pic of item with packaging; unacceptable refund % offered and told to ship at my cost for full refund; Restated again that the wrong item shipped to me.5/16 - 5/20 company responds with % refund which is unacceptable. 30% refund does not bring the price down to what is advertised. Company instructs me to return and pay for my own shipping even though it's their mistake. 5/20 company asks me to provide measurements of the package. This is ************* at it's finest.For all of the nonsense I should be getting a full refund at this point. I have proved they sent the wrong item and they clearly don't want to refund 50% to address their mistake. First they tell me to ship at my cost, then offer 25% refund, then 30% refund which doesn't bring the price down to the advertised price. I received an antenna 3/16 from Cordless Magic and it was no better than the sm cheap indoor antennas we bought from ****** so we decided to return for a refund. We repacked it immediately and received a return authorization from Cordless Magic auth #RMA #J9J97AEN. In the return I put a copy of the email with the return auth # in bold and highlighted. On 3/25 I inquired and got a we are checking into this canned message. On April 14 th I realized that I still had not gotten a refund and a ***** responds that they cant do anything without the tracking number. At this point Im like wait, do you mean if I cant find the tracking number from a month ago you arent going to refund me? This is dispite having my info and return authorization in the box. Dont they log it back on return. Now Im ****** but I was able to go to *** and get DETAILED tracking on #1Z2X32370384898946 . This tracking number shows I dropped off the the return on 4/18 and it was received by Cordless Magic and signed for by ****** on 4/20 ay 2:47 pm showing I did in fact return the item and they took possession of it and have still not issued me a refund. I see from other BBB complaints that they have a track record of authorizing return - then keeping the antenna and the money. I would like to receive my refund. At this point I feel the company has robbed me. Beware! Do not buy from Cordless Magic. They will keep your money, the product and there is no way to contact them by phone!Initial Complaint

On Feb 13, 2925 I ordered 2 anntenas. I was told the would be delivered in a week. When they didn't arrive i contacted the company and they assured me they would arrive on the 22nd. Contacted them again to say it was 2 antennas I paid for not one. They never arrived. Contacted them again for refund. No answer.Initial Complaint

The Cordless Magic Antenna does not work on my *********** I can't get ahold of anyone to return it to so I can get a refund. I've had it for 3 weeks trying to see if I could get it to work someway, but I can't. They say no returns after 30 days, but I've only had it for 3 weeks. Cordless Magic would not refund my Money. I sent there product back to them in one work. It did not work like they said it would. Sent it back to them well before 30 days. 30 day return is their policy. Now I dont have ****** dollar or the merchandise. This is stealing. Will not answer my emails.
