  Pricing Van Lines was extremely professional at the onset of us engaging them to locate a mover for us. Provided "direct cell" phones numbers and promised they would be there every step of they way and that they would be our contact, not the actual moving company. Once there were problems with the moving company we contacted *** and they promised us another truck was coming that same day first thing in the morning. (previous truck was 1/2 full and couldn't take all our stuff) - we waited all day long and even got a hotel for that evening as all our stuff was to me moved out that evening with arrival 5-6pm. No one showed up or called us. All of a sudden my calls to *** were not responded too! They told me they could see my account by matching my phone number that I was calling from. So then the hold game began on the phone - never talked to anyone that day after the truck failed to arrive. So we were out the hotel charge and not moved as promised. I tried calling them the next day and same result. I finally contacted the mover directly and they showed up that same day and moved us. They are scam artists and totally worthless. Do NOT BE FOOLED!

  They were also very transparent, as the price they quoted was exactly what we paid. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will definitely be using them again for our upcoming move!

  Moving into a two-bedroom flat with two other people took exactly the allotted time. When it came to how we packed, they were also really flexible. In light of the horror stories, I've read about other companies, my experience with this one was a welcome change.

  I was quite excited to use a moving company again because I had no idea what to expect. With Pricing Van Lines, I was able to relax and focus on my work. They're wonderful, and I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again.

  Do NOT use this company. We used them for an in-state move and it cost us more than we have been able to measure. They gave us a quote based on the size of the truck requested and then matched us with a moving company that called themselves ***************** that did not bring that size truck and priced by weight. They required a SECOND truck for a small amount of furniture and had no small trucks, so we paid DOUBLE the cost which was already over the quote. The movers demanded payment by money order, not card. The movers gave us a three day window, then showed up at 7:30pm on the second day saying it was too late to do anything. Then they took 8 hours the next day to pack up an already packed house (all boxed up) and did not tell until the end of that day that the truck was not big enough. The house was to be in the hands of the new owners next day, so no time for us to make other arrangements. At this time the original broker was "sick" and could not return calls, so we were at the mercy of a phone line that never got answered. On hold for ******************************************** the queue. As we unbox things, we see they have broken so much furniture and so many belongings that it will cost us at least another $5000 to replace it all. They also do NOT clean up their messes. They left broken glass all over our floors, driveway, and street. They only had two men doing all the work and one of them spent at least 50% of his time on his phone instead of working. Stay as far away from these guys as you can.

  I would not recommend this company.Used them for out-of-state move. They're a broker.A long process of repeated over-promising and under-delivering.$3900 quote for a $4400 move that was so poorly executed that the losses and damages amount to about $8000. They matched me with ************** out of FL (do anything you can to stay away from them too).Was promised 3 movers and a 3-5 day turnaround. Got 2 movers on arrival (24 hour delay) and one mover on delivery (hours later two local guys arrived to help unload). My stuff arrived a month later (21 business days later) with two stolen bikes and most of my furniture damaged and the majority of my boxed items damaged as well.Was offered nothing except a shrug and an opportunity to file a claim through their insurance company (Atlantic wasn't answering or returning calls)Made a stressful situation even worse and I do not recommend at all.

  Everything I own is destroyed if not missing. They have is busted, torn, damaged beyond repair or completly missing.

  The moving crew did a great job overall and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. They also did a great job wrapping our furniture and ***************** to the truck. They let us know when they dinged one of our walls on the stairwell, and that is to be expected moving large furniture in a tight space.The issue that needs improvement is the way that the inventory is done. Even though we gave specific measurements, that information was not relayed correctly to the moving crew and so we had a lot more cubic feet than expected and were charged for that at the end, which was much higher than the quoted estimate. If we need to move again, we would not hesitate to hire ****** and his crew again.
