  I contracted Pricing Van Lines for a full-service move, agreeing to a quoted price of $4,100.01 after providing a detailed inventory list. I paid a $1,640 deposit to secure a three-day pickup window. On August 1, 2025, movers confirmed pickup for August 4, but rescheduled to August 5, arriving late. Despite removing items from the inventory, I was charged an unexpected $972 for underestimated cubic feet.A second truck arrived without prior noticeone for shrink-wrapping, the other for loadingnever disclosed during booking. I was told Id only owe $1,228 at pickup if no items were added, yet I was charged more despite removing items. Several listed items were not loaded, further reducing volume, but no adjustment was made. The movers left abruptly without a final walkthrough.During loading, I requested a delayed delivery due to the overcharge. The mover confirmed an 810 business day window. However, my husband was contacted days later with an unapproved delivery date. We declined, stating we werent ready.I contacted Pricing Van Lines to dispute the charges. They confirmed I should not have been charged extra and that storage, reloading, and redelivery fees were already included in the contract. Despite multiple attempts to communicate via text for documentation, they insist on phone-only conversations, leaving no paper ******** date, Ive paid $3,840 of the $4,100.01 estimate and am being asked to pay an additional $3,174 to receive my belongings. It has been nearly two weeks since pickup, and my items are still being withheld. This experience has been deceptive, financially damaging, and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using Pricing Van Lines or their affiliates due to their lack of transparency and accountability.

  Communication is key throughout a move, and they did a fantastic job with it. Their staff kept me informed throughout every stage and responded to my questions in a timely and professional manner. They were so precise that they even provided a deadline, which they always attended.

  Moving with kids is never easy, but the movers kept everything organized. They labeled boxes properly and even helped set up some of our furniture. Im beyond grateful!

  They gave me a quote and the price never changed. The 3 men that showed up were very nice and professional. They were very careful with all the belongings. I strongly recommend them.

  Pretty excellent experience! The movers are amiable, furthermore, professional, and indeed on par. They effusively wrapped up everything and were so careful in handling my items. Great moving service; I highly recommend it.

  Would have given them 10 stars if I could. They worked so fast and hard with a smile on their face the whole time. I would totally use Pricing Van lines again!
