    I hired this business solely on a quote for the set amount of time and services. I let them do what they had to do and that was move my house to a new house. They lost several of my items, including money. My items were broken and by them, not by me. They charged me for packing of mirrors etc. yet they did not pack and mirrors, tvs, or large items. It was one box or two that was left open that they had to seal. I paid for fees for that. Then they claimed they started earlier than they did. Oh and I am paying by the hour, but they took their time and also stopped at a convenience store way out of the way so I should only be paying for approximately 7 hours and no packing.

    I paid college hunks to come and pick up my items that I was donating and a few items that they were going to trash. They assured me I would get receipts for my donated items of which I know a most of the items I gave them Were able to be donated because I gave them good items like a desk, chair, a kitchen rack, kitchen appliances, a small metal shelf a blowup mattress quite a few items that were good items but I just could not get to the donation center. I have called this office and this company probably around eight or nine times and I keep getting told that this will be escalated and somebody will get back to me and they tell me to call the office but the only way to get in touch with the office is to schedule a new pick up and Im not going to be deceptive like that they need to Provide me with the receipt from my donations And I will never use this company for anything ever again. This was just too much of a hassle and I told the girl if they were good to me I would use them when I go to move in the near future, but she can forget that and so can this company because this is not my first experience with this company, but I tried to give them another chance.

    On December 1st I used College Hunks moving company. My original date I had secured was November 30 but I received a call a few days before saying that they double booked me. I had already had my son come from ******** to help me, along with a friend from out of town. This is my first complaint with this company. On December 1st 3 guys showed up (late) and the process began. The move was going as well as could be expected, which was not great, but near the end I could hear my washing machine BANGING up the one flight of stairs to my new apartment. At the end of the move I paid them $709 (to move only my larger items) I signed an addendum to uniform household goods bill of lading saying basically if anything was damaged they would pay .60 per pound based on the weight of the damaged item. It took a week or so of unpacking, etc. before I decided to do laundry. When I went to turn on my washing machine it wouldnt turn on, No sound, nothing. So I started the process of trying to contact the local division and got nothing. No return call no return email. I then contacted the main office and finally got a person. They said they were so sorry about this and gave me a claim #. I waited. About a week later I got an email saying the same and if I didnt hear from them to contact them AGAIN. I was ready to call tomorrow, 1/8/24 and just saw an email stating my claim was denied due to there being no physical damage and that its probably an electrical or mechanical issue. The machine worked before the move. As I said earlier I heard it BANGING up the stairs during the move. This has caused me so much stress and inconvenience. I am disabled and am having to carry my laundry elsewhere then back up the stairs wet to my dryer. I regret using this company and intend to take it to small claims court if it cannot be resolved.

    Booked a move on June 12. Made a deposit of $135. Canceled on June 14th. Policy had a 3 day Cancel policy. Date of service was sched. For June 20. Have called at least seven times since July 1 only to receive an answering service. The last call on August 8 we were told that the would call us back in 2 hrs. We are still waiting. Numbers called ********** ********** and **********. Confirmation #******* original contract. Would like the deposit returned. The credit card they have has been shut down. They will need to send a refund check
