On Friday Nov 27 2023 I went into Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park to participate in their food drive. Their flyer indicated that if you submitted nonperishable foods they would reward you with 60 minutes of jump time. When I came with my food to donate they insisted that I must accept the jump time right then and there. Their flyer did not indicate that you must use the 60 min of jump time right at that moment of donation. When I brought this to their attention they explained saying that the flyer said jump time and not a jump pass as that would be like them giving away free money. They also told me that they run into this confusion every year because of the wording (but still havent done anything to correct). I told them I would report this offer as a scam and they said they didnt care since people write bad reviews on them all the timewhen I asked for a contact to their corporate office they gave me the email back to that same *********************************************** I put a review on their FB page they deleted it and blocked me. When I looked for corporate number it was disconnected..I never plan to go back to flying squirrel ..why would I patronize a company that turned away 24 boxes of Mac and cheese 24 boxes of rice and 40 canned goods that could have fed a hungry family just to hold onto 60 minutes of jump time? The General Manager said his name is *************************** and wouldnt give me the corporate email. Only wrote the same email to their location down. Someone at their corporate headquarters needs to know that this manager does not care about the community or their customers. I looked for a number to corporate online but the number is disconnected.I am contacting BBB because I had no other place to communicate my concern as my complaints are deleted and the manager just gives me his email instead of corporate. I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office to file this complaint formally. Thank you.

Hello, this complaint is not valid nor is truthful. This customer came in expecting us to give her a gift card for the amount of money she spent on her donations to our food drive in which we stated that it was a jump pass and not a monetary gift card as if it was a monetary gift card, we would have no need for a drive and actually lose money on this. I also stated that this jump pass is to be used the day of purchase as stated on our ******** ads. This is the first time that we hold a Food Drive in the 4 years that we opened so I would never state that "this happens every year". I mentioned she is free to write any reviews of her experience and that I would give her our email so we can forward her complaint to the right department (to this date - 12.12.2023), we have no email from her. She left a nasty review and when we responded with the truth, she was found to be using harassment so we reported and blocked her review. I even offered to give her extra jump passes as she was irate and caused a scene at our park. The idea of this Food Drive was mine because I have noticed more families asking for assistance and to help a local church replenish their food pantry to ****************** but unfortunately could not offer her a monetary gift card for the amount of money spent as this was not charity but us purchasing her products. She took the items and left even when I offered her more then we needed too so the person who doesn't care about the community is not us.
