I have been shopping online and doing research for a new/used vehicle for a few weeks now. During the first week of March, I began negotiating with Majestic Autos Inc. by phone after finding a vehicle I liked on their website. After some back and forth we agreed on the price of $16,500.00 for the 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Sport that was advertised for sale. As I am in another state, we began the paperwork through email. I signed the Buyers Order and Bill of Sale and sent them back on March 5, 2022. I then sent the bank check draft from my bank to them overnight on March 6, 2022, which they received on March 8, 2022. I then set up transport to pick the vehicle up from Majestic Autos Inc in Longwood, FL, and bring it to me in North Charleston, SC. After notifying them that I had scheduled a vehicle transport, Muhammad then began saying that I should wait because their bank put a hold on the funds. I told him that this was a problem between them and their bank. We went back and forth. I then called my bank to make sure the funds were good, and the loan was finalized. I was informed on March 8 that everything was done on my end, and the problem was Majestic's to solve with their bank. Since then, I have tried numerous times to get my legally purchased vehicle from Majestic, only for them to refuse to release the vehicle claiming that because the hold was still active, they could not release my vehicle. They have denied several auto transports access to my vehicle, which added unnecessary expenses and cost me valuable time, not to mention personal capital, due to the delay in getting this vehicle that is to be used for very necessary personal matters. I am now very skeptical that they may have engaged in some nefarious scheme, and could have done anything to this vehicle over the past week. I want assurances they did not damage or modify the vehicle in any way. And I want them to pay for safe delivery to me in North Charleston, SC.
