    Faulty repairs and scare tactics, and intentional damage done to vehicle.Brought my 2007 Audi A7 in for auto brake and adaptive cruise control diagnosis. No check engine light was on. Universal tire and auto said I needed to replace engine oil separator and used scare tactics to force the repair. They claimed this would also fix the Adaptive Cruise Control (***) and auto brake. Spent $1714.85. Picked up vehicle. Check engine light was on. Brought car to shop 6 times. Each time claimed it was fix. Left, within 20 minutes alert came back. One associate mentioned clearing codes and alluded to work not being done. Ubered each way, took time off work. Additional scare tactics, now they claimed the Intake runner had issues affecting *** and auto brake and if I didnt repair ASAP I would cause permanent damage to my engine. $2639.63 spent. Picked up vehicle. *** and auto brake still didnt work. Purchased my own fault code scanner and Intake Runner Valve code came on AFTER spending $2639.63 after Universal Tire and auto damaged the vehicle. Brought car back again, requested call from owner. Service manager **** mentioned owner does not give his info out and wont call me directly. Said that he wasnt working there during original repair but confirmer that there was no risk of damage to my vehicle if I were not to have paid / proceeded with the prior scare tactic / mechanic falsified engine oil seperator / intake runner valve.Requested call back from owner for fair compromise. No call. Had the audacity to offer a complimentary inspection of the *** / Auto brake issue. *** / auto brake still unresolved as of today after spending $1714.83 + $2639.63. Received quote for another $2k+ to fix initial issue (*** and auto brake).Within 3-6 months of my first visit, car was inspected by mechanic and in excellent condition. Predatory business. Car issue not fixed. Company did not troubleshoot issue and charged for non issues created by company. BEWARE.

    Beware of this company I have been coming to this place for years so I was totally taken off guard by the terrible customer service I just received this week!! The Mgr. Mike is not a good manager because he does not know how to communicate well with his paying customers!! Times are hard inflation is high the last thing you want to do is give your hard earn working money to a company that’s careless about you!! STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!

    Mr. Richard ******** came to our place of business to have a headlight fixed on 10/6/23. Background: • Mr. ******** came to our business on 6/20/23 for an oil change. He brought with him headlights he had purchased elsewhere asking us to install them. As a policy, we do not install customer purchased parts but Mgr. Cher, out of the kindness of her heart, made an allowance for this. The reason we don’t install customer parts is because there is NO warranty so if something fails on their part, we are not able to resolve it with the parts manufacturer. If the customer purchased part fails, the customer would have to re-purchase the part and pay for installation. Whereas when our business purchases any part for a vehicle, if it fails, we have full authority to fix it under a warranty at no cost to the customer. This is standard across the entire automotive repair industry. Incident on 10/6/23: When Mr. ******** came to our shop on 10/6/23 requesting to have a headlight fixed, Mgr. Mike informed Mr. ******** he would have to pay for a new headlight and the cost to install it. Mr. ******** became immediately aggressive. The situation escalated within seconds at which point Mr. ******** got in the face of our manager, Mike, in front of customers and employees saying “Hit me, hit me, I dare you. I’m going to beat you up you ***** *** ******”. He got within an inch of our manager’s face and began threatening him with bodily harm. Our employees immediately felt threatened and called 911. Once we said to him we called 911 he jumped in his car and left. When the police arrived, they took down his information and called him to tell him he is no longer allowed on our property – should he ever return “He will be arrested on the spot” per the police. Our employees are instructed to call 911 if he should ever come near the business. If he returns to our business or threatens any of our employees again, we will prosecute Mr. ******** to the fullest extent of the law and then go after him and his business in civil court. The entire incident was recorded on video with sound, which will be saved and used if necessary against Mr. ******** in criminal and civil courts. We love our customers, and they love us, but we also won’t tolerate any employee to be harassed or THREATENED by a customer as was this case.
