    If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Buyer beware of this subscription based service and read the fine print or youll be stuck paying $80/month for the app! After you pay $250 to join a group. What a freaking mess and a headache. 0 out of 10 recommend. Tried to speak with customer service after sending a cancellation 8 days before my next billing (apparently it needs to be 14 days) and the supervisor was on vacation and she would give me a call. Nightmare.

    New members that sign up for a 60 day program need to cancel any VIP membership that might or might not occur after the 6 week program with at least 2 weeks notice. This feel like a multi-level marketing scheme. Be careful and **

    I started FasterWay. On my 3rd week I developed a medical issue that my physicians told me it was unsafe to complete the program. FasterWay refuses to refund unless I complete the 6 weeks. So I need to go against medical advice? That doesnt sound right to me.

    I have been a VIP member for a long time. The program offers what it says it will, and often gives bonus content and additional workouts and focus areas.

    I entered the program with high hopes. I was only contacted initially. The instructor never reached, there was little communication until I found out that everything was specifically on Facebook. I cancelled my account well before the 6 weeks was over and they still charged me an additional $79.00 instead of just canceling my account. I attempted the program not once but i decided to give it another shot. Very disappointing.
