Snapchat advertised incense. Mothers day was 5 days away and they guaranteed delivery by Sunday May 15. 70%. Only 30$ total. Why not? Add my card number. Instantly processed. Ask me if I want 4x cones of incense for the price of 1. Of course I take that deal. Instead of 20$ more being charged to bring me to a total of 40$. 69$ processed to card and then ask how I want it shipped to add another 7-14.99$. Instantly my heart dropped and I knew I messed up. Just sad snapchat is allowed to earn the trust of people and then exploit their customers to scams. Snapchat you are my problem. I don't care about the money. My name is ******, I saw the prettiest incense waterfall. I thought WOW so I ordered one. After 2 days I looked on my band account and I noticed on March 23 they took out $35 dollars than they took out another $7.67 than they took out another $67.76 out . I was only supposed to pay $23.00 for this item. I tried to call them was on hold for 30 min than again I called later that day was on hold 40 min. I ordered an waterfill with inscents fragrances back in October 2022. First occurrence was was Jan 23 at 3:14am, second was Feb 23 at 3:14 am being charged a total of $21.55 for a meditation app that I did not sign up for. It appears to be a recurring charge. The business responded sying they understood I wanted to cancel the app that comes with a recurring charge. They claimed there was a precharge email that gave me an option to cancel, this was not so. They offered me a discount on the app and gift cards. They also said I could cancel any time in the app. I told them I had never installed the app, so that was not an option. On December 23rd I purchased one item from *************** official website for $32.63. I ordered a waterfall cone incense burner using my cash app card. Shortly after I received notifications of two more additional charges one for $69.64 and another for ***** totaling $118.59. They charged these two additional charges to my account without my consent. I was basically robbed and never even received my waterfall incense burner. On Jan 3rd My Credit Card Was Charged $84.99. I Have Received nothing In Terms Of Verification Of My Order Or So Much As An Email Confirming Shipment Or Delivery Date Of Said Product. I ordered an incense burner 11/8/22 under the listed price of *****. When I checked my bank statement, I was charged charged twice. Once for ***** and again for ***** so I contacted them immediately for a refund. They responded right away but did not answer my questions and tried to sell me more bogus products. I repeatedly asked for a refund and they agreed to the original price and a partial refund showed in my account. 5 weeks later and I have still not received my order. I emailed back in the same email thread and received another bogus response about how busy the warehouse is and how orders are shipped out within ***** hours. I was browsing and did not authorise any putchase. They have taken money ***** and went for recurring payment without telling me anything. Luckily I rang the bank but they cant get the 43 back. No answer from customer service and multiple emails. I have not authorised anything at all.
