    Ive used four bottles of harmony glow it relieved my muscle spasms in my right leg. Thats the only benefit that I got from my four bottles of Harmony glow.

    I ordered the 1st 4 bottles and 2 liquid droppers of which my husband never used. They sent me 4 more bottles saying I did not cancel the "automatic shipment" which I never signed up for because he wanted to see if they worked 1st. I called and the ***resentative apologized and said shed credit my acct. The account would be credited in 3-5 days. It was not. Called again and the *** said it had to goto their financial **** which would take another 7-10 days..no refund. Again I contact them and they say it's still being looked into. It's $300 they owe me..when they charge you its 5 minutes but it takes a month to refund? This is ridiculous. Now it's just principal so I will be contacting our lawyer next to see what my rights are.

    When I finally was able to make contact, they would only cancel the ongoing monthly shipment (which I never authorized). From them, I received the original shipment of 4 btls of gummies and 2 bottles of drops; the 2nd and 3rd shipments of 4 btls each. All are unopened. I was told that I could not return these items because they have a 30 day return policy.I explained that I did not have access to my computer from Nov 26, 2024 until Jan 19, 2025, due to the fact that I was institutionalized during that time. Still will not let me return. ************!!!

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.



    Please note that we strictly adhere to our 30-day return and refund policy, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, which only allow refunds for unused, sealed bottles. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any further refunds to your account for the initial order. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. 



    As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided a complete refund for the most recent order, without requiring the return of the products. Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.



    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.
