    Horrendous collection practices - as you can see from the numerous reviews and complaints, the response from Jennifer B (CEO), is "you've never contacted, not even once us to have you removed." - I emailed her directly today and was told that I need to send a certified letter to have her remove me. Really??? So, let's make it virtually impossible for people to remove themselves from your relentless and unfounded robocalls and then with the utmost unprofessionalism state that they've never tried to reach you "not even once, not even a single time." Way to attempt to gaslight the situation that you are the only one wrong in. No wonder you can't get BBB accreditation. This is now my SECOND attempt -REMOVE MY NUMBER. I can certainly send my certified letter COD, if you prefer?

    This company refuses to provide receipt for payments made or invoice to pay off debt unless you pay in full and they want to charge a large amounts to pay off your balance

    Several calls when I answered they gave a name that didn't relate to me. Then asked me to give my name if you're calling for a person you should know who you're calling for. Lately they call and don't speak they just hold the phone. But when you return the call to the number it rings busy.

    I know, not think that this company is as rude as anyone I have ever dealt with. I have received several calls from them about an unpaid medical bill, which is the responsibility of my ex-husband, my college daughter's dad who carries her insurance. I have given them his number on numerous occasions; however, they continue to harass me. Now this is over a $38.00 unpaid bill, which I tried to tell Jennifer Banks (Manager) that I would give her the fathers phone number to contact him, and she proceeded to scream over me talking to tell me that, "As a parent, you would think that you would know who to take care of your child". The call today was from the "Manager" Jennifer Banks at 1301 Seminole Blvd. ste 157 Largo Florida Location. She (the manager) told me that "As a parent, you would think that you would know who to take care of your child". I can plainly see why they are not A BBB accredited company.

    I received a call. The person asked me to verify information. I asked who wanted to know. She said that they had business with me and that I needed to provide my mailing address. I refused, she hung up.

    I kept getting calls from them marked "spam risk" so I didn't answer at first. But when they continued to call every single day, I finally answered. They wanted me to verify a lot of information about myself, but refused to give me any reason other than "we have business with you." But they absolutely refuse to tell me anything, so I'm not going to give them information for a possible scam. But since they seem to have my address because they keep repeating it to me, I don't understand why they won't just mail something, especially since they require everything in writing for themselves. If they'd tell me what business they have with me first, then maybe I'd answer some questions for them. But as soon as I tell them I won't verify anything until they tell me what the call is about, they just hang up on me, even if I'm still talking to them at the time.

    Ive been harassed by this company in regards to something that was forced onto me from the hospital. Ive a bad knee that went out on me, and I went to the emergency room in hopes to get X-rays, or something substantial to see what was going on with the cartilage in my knee. The hospital was of absolutely no help, at all, and just forced this non-solution of a knee brace on me. I already owned one!!! My knee is bad, it was the first thing I purchased before seeking MEDICAL ATTENTION! Seeking medical attention for my knee got me absolutely nothing but a second knee brace that I didnt kneed. At all!!! And a bill that this company has been hounding me for.I just paid this collection off today and was told that they could not serve my best interests by sending me a receipt of payment in the mail. Theyve been sending me mail this entire time asking for payment of this debt. A knee brace just cost me over a hundred dollars. Im homeless and struggling with the worst times of my life and they cant send me mail to my mailing address to reflect receipt of payment on this debt. What an absolute sham!

    I have no idea who this is. Calls me frequently, and when I pick up it's just silence then they hang up after ~5 seconds. No message, no static, no breathing or background noise of someone on the line, just dead air calls over and over.

    Received call from Audit Systems today, there was a long pause or delay before the caller (Susan) began speaking. The reception of the call was poor at best, nonetheless I identified myself as the person they were attempting to reach. I have no business contract, nor debt with "Audit Systems". Thus, I asked what the call is referenced to. A bit attitudenal the representative (Susan) immediately began asking for my address, which simply goes against everything I try doing to prevent fraud. After attempting to reconcile with Susan, who would not offer supporting information I ended the call by telling her to mail it to the address on file. In today's climate, I'm not willing to provide personal information during an incoming call, let alone a stranger. Moreover there are no collections debt on my reports. Behavior Breeds Behavior

    Audit Systems, Inc is a collection agency. We do not purchase debts we are retained directly by the original creditor. We have to verify personal information to ensure we are speaking with the correct party, that is not because we want to, it is because it is the LAW. We also do not report to credit bureaus due to the early collection therefore this would not be listed on a credit report. Most people are grateful for that, that provides them additional time to get the debt corrected prior to being placed on their credit report. We understand that most people have had bad interactions with collection agencies, however those are normally the same people whom do not pay their debts and have several collection agencies making contact with them. There is no reason to take out your personal frustrations on a group of people hired to do their job. The BBB website specifically asks prior to you being allowed to make a complaint if you have contacted the company in question prior to making this complaint- The box was checked on this complaint, yet this person never contacted a manager in my office. All of our calls are recorded in this office, and this review is flat out erroneous.

    I apologize but the call was reviewed and you did not request for Susan to stop calling you. The law states that you can send a request in writing to our office at 1301 Seminole Blvd. Suite 155-157 Largo, FL 33770 if you wish to stop receiving phone calls. The national do not call registry is for solicitors we are not a solicitor we are a licensed collection agency. Thank you and have a great day.

    How unfortunate that in a response to a customer review made on The BBB's website, Audit System's chooses to respond with micro-aggression.

    "We understand that most people have had bad interactions with collection agencies, however those are normally the same people whom do not pay their debts and have several collection agencies making contact with them. There is no reason to take out your personal frustrations on a group of people hired to do their job."

    As the receiver of your call, I've no need to be frustrated. I do however have a right to protect my personal information specific to my address, thus Susan was asked to no longer contact my phone number, remove it from your call list, and instead contact me by mail.

    To date that request was not honored as I have again been contacted. My number is indeed listed on the DO Not Call Registry. Perhaps, I should make a complaint with them.
