  I am so happy to have chosen Allegiance moving and storage to help me with my mother's move. Not only were they patient but courteous and took care of her priceless items with care.

  I submitted an inquiry for a quote. ****** from Allegiance called me to obtain additional information. After he gave me the quote, I asked if he could email me the breakdown so that I could read through the details. He said I would need to book today to get the price he was offering but he could read it to me over the phone. He became irritated and condescending when I told him I wanted to read over the quote independently. Then he hung up on me. I was completely dumbfounded. Why on earth would I spend $7,000 and choose a moving company that lacks the professionalism to converse when they are trying to obtain my business? I cannot even fathom how they treat their customers once they have their cash.

  After my initial walkthrough, 3 months before the move, my estimate was about $13,000. I was aware that there should be another walkthrough before the move, so I tried for 3 weeks prior to get one. I called over and over, and was either ignored or told that they would call me back. Finally, 5 days before the move, they called and we did a video walkthrough, where I was told the actual price would be $19,500. I worked it down to about $18,500 by discarding some items I really wanted to keep, because I couldn't afford it but with 5 days to go I had no other choice but to keep going with this service. On moving day, the movers informed me the real price was $29,000. Completely outrageous, and again, I now had no choice but to borrow money to complete the deal. The movers worked with me to get rid of some more stuff and I was able to get the price down to $24,895 plus a very generous tip.Besides this extortion, the most frustrating thing is that Allegiance did less than nothing for me after the initial sale and booking the movers. No contact, no help getting what was promised from the moving deal, (which also did not happen,) nothing but false promises and bad information. There is NO reason to use this company and I should have just dealt directly with the moving company. Allegience is a scam.

  Thank you Allegiance Moving and Storage for making a stressful and frantic time for me so much easier. You guys were true to your word, treated my items with such great care and delivered them to my new home in the timeframe I requested. Keep up the great work!

  My family and I were relocating to our forever *************** got delayed but Allegiance Moving and Storage were there to not only make the necessary adjustments but also store my items for the extra time we needed until the home was finished being built. I am so grateful for their understanding and also their quick turnaround time when we were ready for our items to be delivered. Thank you Allegiance moving and storage for making the transition easier and one less thing to worry about.

  The worst company ever. My quote vs. actual price over doubled and everytime I spoke to a new person on the phone I got a different answer.

  It was a pleasure working with you. We are sorry that you had an increase in cost on the day of your move. We try our very best to provide accurate quotes, but it appears that you had an increase in the amount of home goods that you needed loaded onto the truck. You were informed of the new cost prior to loading and agreed to move forward with the move. We don't like any of our customers to have any surprised on moving day and we certainly don't want it for the crew, as we may have not had the additional space available but I am glad we did.

  Well done, Allegiance, well done! If you are looking for real movers that know their stuff, give them a call. Josh was great, customer service was great, quality assurance was great, and the crew got the gold star for the day! They were the best, cleaned up after themselves, worked extremely hard for almost 9 hours. I had to make them take a lunch break and sit down for like 30 min. Worth every penny!
