  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is zero reason this company even exists, as it does not do any actual moving or storage of belongings. They simply are a useless middle man that hires sub par companies to deliver horrible service. In simple terms, it is a scam. They will give a favorable quote, take your down payment, have a "moving company," who in my case was a couple of guys in tank tops and a uhaul that showed up late, did a quick scan of one room and then promptly doubled the price. Which leaves you either loosing a couple thousand dollar deposit or hoping for an acceptable moving experience. Crunched for time we had to utilize the company as cross county moves are difficult to delay. Movers then promptly broke a book shelf and repeatedly backed their truck up into a tree. After our belongings were loaded, they took my delivery date request, said no problem, and begged for tips. Then for a month they did not respond to emails, voicemails, phone calls, and repeated ****** to Allegiance moving and storage to locate my belongings, receive an update of delivery, or any kind of information what so ever, was met with hostility, negligence, and excuses. Allegiance moving and storage customer service through out this process did absolutely nothing, but was rude and made excuses for having zero clue or accountability as to where any of my belongings were. When my belongings were delivered a month late, the movers attempted to demand more money to park their truck on a residential street, even though police were called and verified that they could park without issue and could accommodate the truck easily. Once belongings were unloaded, almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or broken. The only belongings not damaged were boxes that were packed myself. The service received was an absolute joke, do not use this company, they do not serve any function whatsoever. They are a scam.

  I hired Allegiance Moving and Storage for a move from ** to **. Although I signed a contract two months before the move, they called me the night before to ask to change the date or give me a refund. On several occasions prior to move I had confirmed the specific details and was assured everything was on schedule. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Allegiance Moving and Storage and find their inability to provide the promised services appalling.

  The 2 gentlemen coming to my house were very nice and skilled. Although my moving this time was easy in-building moving, I was quite impressed with their professional work. Great cost performance!

  Excellent movers! On time, well organized, efficient. professional . . . Should I go on? Even when I called because I thought something was left behind, they followed up and resolved the issue right away. I'd gladly recommend and work with them again.

  Excellent job. The guys were right on time, worked steadily, and packed everything and then replaced it at new location. Nothing damaged. I'd recommend to others without hesitation

  I would leave zero if allowed, DO NOT USE. Original quote from Allegiance Moving was $8983.37, they informed us they were the carrier and not a broker. 10pm night before move, after providing box and container count along with photos of all items. They added $1,000 to the quote. Day of move, different company showed up. We were told that truck they brought wasn't big enough, added $5,000 to the bill for total $15,389.91. Promised delivery in 3 days for Saturday May 10th, 2025. Over the course of the month, provided multiple different days of delivery and would not follow through. Broker and carrier refused to provide details of where our belongings were. Broker's customer service was unhelpful and hostile, at one point called my wife a "Bitch", multiple people heard that exchange. I was told at pickup that our stuff would not change trucks, upon delivery different trucks showed up. 2 TV's were broken, they refused to pay claim.

  Fast and easy to get scheduled. The team came right at the time they quoted and were very helpful and friendly. They were incredibly quick as well!
