    Wonder Vacations refused to address a sanity issue for our group. I found a fake nail in the bedsheets and the refuse to call me back regarding the issue is sanitary concerns. They also refused to send a cleaning team to address the issues and said we had to wait until check out.

    Around October 12th, I talked with a young man from vacation property rental about renting out my additional rentals. He said it would be $1499 and that I should expect a payout within the next few months. He answered questions and seemed honest so I paid for it and went from there. Called a couple times a month to see the progress and was told they were working on it. We are now in year 2025 and still nothing. I can't even get a callback or someone on the phone. I would like my money back. That's it, that's all. A full refund. Attached is the payment amount and recent call log. Couldn't get past log due to updating phone.

    Vacation Property Rentals Inc contacted me regarding renting out my timeshare property over 2 years. I paid the agreed to price, the 2 years has past and they contacted maybe 3 times with listings in timeframes which didn't allow for a rental. I've contacted them regarding paying for a service and not receiving the promised result, even had an attorney send them a letter which they did not respond to. I would like to get at least some of the money I paid back.

    Like others, I was contacted by this company (actually by Priority Vacation Rentals, but Vacation Property Rentals is the credit processor) with promises to rent out my ********************** time share weeks to corporate clients. They stated that at an advertising cost of $499/week they would be able to rent the units out for at least $1800/weel and promised return within ***** days. Nothing that they promised turned out to be true. They did not rent my units out to corporate clients within ***** days. After 10 months I have only received one set of offers, none of which had availability. No additional offers were received after the first set 2 months in. At about 4 months I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which was resolved in ***'s favor after 1 month, but now 5 months after that their accounting team is saying that they do not have the funds. Their contracts states that after ************************************************************************* writing. I have not authorized them to continue advertising, but I have not received a refund. The customer service **** for *** keep saying that they are submitting tickets to accounting to provide refunds, but nothing comes of it. I am unable to get through to *** directly via phone. My next step will be to contact my state's Attorney General, since this appears to be a large scam operation.

    The company states that they have issued a refund by check (back to my credit card would have been preferred) and supplied a USPS tracking number.  I have yet to receive it, so I can't verify the contents, but the tracking indicates that it should be delivered tomorrow, and if it contains the full amount of advertising costs then the complaint will be satisfactorily addressed. I will see.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Most importantly, Vacation Property Rentals provided a refund of the advertising costs.

    BEWARE!!!!! This company is a ponzy scheme manager ****** has no ability to fix the situation and just gets on the phone to gaslight duped customers. This needs to stop!! Transaction date 0ctober 2023 Received call about timeshare spaces needed for golf conference in Jan. **** continuously dodge calls and take money from individuals with continued extended days *****, 180, this final time a manager calls and now says a year. This 100% is a ponzy scheme and people should not be allowed to scam others in this was!

    On November 9th, 2023 we were told that we had 6 weeks of vacation rentals that , Vacation ****************** wanted to buy from us. In turn they would sell each rental week for $1650 for a total of $9900. They requested a one-time fee of $1895 dollars.They told us we could be paid as soon as December 2023. I have been calling their office since January 2024. Every time they say, " we were just getting ready to send some leads for us to call". We get their email, and there is never availability in the weeks they send out to us.We are senior citizens, retired from the military. All we want back at this point is our $1895.

    Vacation property rentals contacted me acting as if they were my timeshare company willing to sell my unused weeks. They offered to sell the weeks for 2 years and in return I would receive rental income of $6000 each year. I have yet to receive anything and they have not rented out my timeshare. They are refusing to give me a refund of the money I paid them for the services.

    Signed up with **** company yo sale my timeshare. I was guaranteed within so may days they would be able sale. I contacted them over time. They **** said the only way the could refund me if I no longer own the times or of the times was sold my another company. Thankfully the resort canceled the contract. So I would like a refund because Vacation resort was unable to uphold their promises. They have scammed many people. Each time I tried to get a refund they kept telling me they had so long to sale or rent out the timeshare. This never happened. Now they are stating they can't refund my money.

    On April 22, 2022, I entered a contract with Vacation Property Rentals. Their commitment was to generate offers within 180 days. The sales person told me that they already had a lot of groups that needed bookings and assured me that by the summer I would have my weeks sold.It's now been almost 2 years and I haven't been able to sell even 1 of the 4 weeks. I've asked for a refund and they said that isn't possible, that they will at least get one week rented to pay for the cost of what I paid them. I haven't received any offers since February 2023. Every time I call them they say I'm in a priority queue and they aren't accepting any new contracts until those in the priority queue are fulfilled. It's been over a year that they've been telling me that. I just want a refund. My contract is attached.
