Specifically, consumer allege that they were promised that they would receive rental offers after paying an upfront fee within 60-90 days, maximum 180 days. Once the max number of days have occurred consumers try to contact business for promised refund and are denied or are unable to make further contact with business.
On December 21, 2021 BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. The business responded with the following:
We will put more emphasis on ensuring the customer is aware of the customer service phone number to call where they are able to reach a live person during regular business hours.
We have also enabled a callback feature for convenience if the customer chooses that option or opts to leave a voicemail during high call volume times. Also, to ensure the customer has the Support email and the company website for communication tools if not able to call in to Customer Service.
We have also put in place a system that will provide customers with live updates and the progression of the accounts by bringing on additional staff to assist with that communication
