My husband, ****** ******* and I purchased our mobile home from Family Home Center in Lake City, Fl, where salesman, ***** ****** ****** promised us premium service if purchased from them. He prepared an invoice in June 2021 and then upped the price for home and home improvement $10,000. We paid $1,000 extra for stainless steel in kitchen. **** asked that we go to the home once delivered and mark any problems. The painter there told us we were not allowed in home and to leave. When we returned there was paint dropped on our tile thru the home and bad scrapes on the walls from his ladder. **** promised to have it repaired but that never happened. I had many texts with him regarding the problems thru late January 2022 when he advised of final home walk thru, but nothing. We moved into our home in October 2022, and there were many problems that my husband fixed incl. master toilet which did not work and was not steady on the floor, and fallen kitchen trim. Ice maker was not working and he repaired that. I had to hide all the wall scratches with furniture. The dishwasher did not and does not work. I went immediately to Family Home Ctr in October 2022 and spoke with two of the salesmen there who promised someone would be out very soon. Nothing. I went back and spoke with salesman, ****** Townsend, who promised to advise ****, and someone would be there within a couple of days. I have texted her but no response. No paperwork on appliances other than a small booklet for the dishwasher that did not help. We should not have to replace the dishwasher (paid extra for stainless). We have repaired and replaced other items that were broken or did not work. Blinds in the home does not work and some were broken so we replaced them. I asked for replacement of dishwasher and was promised of replacement by the two salesmen in October and by ******. Service once we received the home is zero. **** ***** placed the order for us and then left any problems for us to fix. No dishwasher.
