    This company just uses bait and switch to get you to sign with them. I was quoted a monthly payment for 5 years. They came back to me for the upwards of $4000.00 total extra in 3 different instances. Beware of the bill of goods they sell you. In hindsight, I wish I did use bankruptcy. These people are thieves.

    ***** this company to settle my debts. Instead they have totally ruined my credit. They've hardly paid anything. I've gotten several lawsuits and they keep saying they're taking care of it. One card had $1000 on it when I turned it in to them now I owe $2500 and I'm being sued. The company said they settled for $2000 but want me to increase my payment. I refused to pay extra because they messed up.

    I have made 4 payments, and they have settled 1 debt in 5 months effectively. I have had creditors reach out to me to start negotiating, and some of them settle with you at 50% directly. There is no need for their services. When I called about the company settling with more of my creditors, all they tell me is that I have to have money in my account. My one account that settled pays $130 a month. I have paid $476 x 4 which is $1904. I should have $1384 in my account, but I have $12. While they have paid my creditors $520, they have paid themselves $1372. They settle at 25% of the actual debt, so when they negotiate a 50% savings, they end charging you back 25% which means they are only netting you a 25% savings. Then they pay themselves before settling any more of your debts. You are better off skipping payments for a few months, saving the monthly payment, and then settling directly with your creditors. This is a complete joke and a complete scam. I would stay away, instead of wasting 5 months of payments and ruining your credit.

    I had to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful mentor and person ** is. He was my enrollment specialist and got me on the right track. He goes over and beyond the call of duty. He calls to chat and see how things are going. He takes a personal interest in his clients. I chatted with him today and he immediately handled a situation that the customer service agent was not able to take care to my satisfaction. ** is mature beyond his years and his business acumen is to be commended! I am so thankful I reached out to him to get my finances on track. He is a dedicated to his job and takes it to heart to help and support others. Sincerely, ***********************

    Absolute FRAUD!! when you sign up they give you this c*** about sending all your bills to them and they will reach out to your debtors.my highest debtor is still taking $500/mo out of my account for the past 3 months.please explain to me why i should continue paying $449.42/mo to do ABSOLUTEY NOTHING for me. I sent a letter to your office in *******,** weeks ago explaining this exact thing and have not heard from anyone.i just want to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and PLEASE return all my money that was paid.

    This company is fraudulently using attorney's names out of ******* saying that they represent their company. They will be going down soon. Do NOT sign up with these fraudsters and give them your personal info!

    They don't return calls or emails. They haven't tried settling any of my debts. They take my monthly payment and ghosted me. Called today to cancel and conveniently nobody on the cancelation team is available, nor is anyone in upper management available. ****** told me to "expect" a call in 1 to 2 days. UNACCEPTABLE! I just want to cancel my contract with them and get my money back that I've already paid.

    I highly recommend signature services to anyone looking to consolidate debts. I used them recently and they made excellent settlements on my behalf. I ALWAYS dealt with the nicest people there…they NEVER made me feel bad about my debt. I ended my contract with them before completion (I was ALMOST done)., but due to necessary dental procedure for my health I had to back out. I dealt with Julie and she was wonderful! It was an easy cancellation with no trouble at all! I highly recommend them…call Julie and start yourself on the road to financial freedom! They truly helped me!

    I believed Signature Servicing could and would assist me with debt which arose because of familial circumstances. Instead, this year they have extended my contract several times. I was told my payments would end first by July 2023. In July I was contacted to transfer my loan to another lender. I declined. Then, I was contacted by phone and email to pressure me to sign. I declined again and was told my contract would end by November. Then, I was contacted and told it would be over by February, but I needed to file an extension and sign documents to further extend and pay.Now it is March. I was just contacted via email to thank me on a recent settlement. How is this possible? This company has extended and explained away several thousand dollars. It was supposed to assist with debt settlement. Instead, I find them not to be credible.My complaint as a senior citizen is this company is taking advantage of the elderly.

My company called Ms. Yobs' last week to inform her that all her accounts that were enrolled in our program have been settled. She does not owe any more money to anyone, and she has graduated our program. If Ms. Yobs is confused in any way; she can call me anytime at 7189540310.     Thanks to Signature Servicing I can start my life over again with a clean slate after my divorce that took almost 2 years and almost financially ruined me. I didn’t know what I was going to do until a friend recommended I just call and find out if they could help me. I am beyond thankful to Sophia for making the recommendation and to everyone at Signature that helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel and dug me out to get me back on my feet again. It was a little scary at first having to close some of my accounts but I trusted the process and I'm so glad I did. I remember feeling so hopeless and now I’m looking forward to my new life. Words can’t express my gratitude!!!
