    I dont think I have ever came across a nicer gentleman than ** *******. He was such a calming person made me feel a million times better. I never knew a nicer man. He talked me through everything that would be happening gave me a private line in case I had any questions. I cant tell you how happy I am that I spoke to Ev. Now I can get back to a regular life.     Paid about ***** dollars and they did nothing and settled nothing, they issued me a check refund for 23$, would never recommend again.

    Credit destroyed!! I enrolled a few months ago to Signature Services and 1 of 3 debts have been resolved. The 2 remaining are calling 10 times daily and when I call Signature Services the response is to ignore them, yet my credit is going down the drain. I was told it takes a few months and just keep sending my bills. Feels like another revolving door affecting my credit!! With all the late fees my creditors are racking up the cost total opposite and harassing my life away!!

We have also settled your largest account for less than 1/2 of what you owed. You only have 2 smaller creditors left. I can't help the creditors harassing you and hurting your credit score. That's what they do. But I guarantee that if you follow the program, you will be out of debt in the 36 months you signed up for. At that point after all your creditors have been settled you can begin to repair your credit. Still, if you need to get out of the program quicker, you can always switch to a 12-month program.     I just signed with them. Its been a month and nothing is done. They said they start a month from now to start negotiations. We will see and Ill let you all know. But have no doubt this will ruin your credit for a long time. It cant b helped.

    This company just uses bait and switch to get you to sign with them. I was quoted a monthly payment for 5 years. They came back to me for the upwards of $4000.00 total extra in 3 different instances. Beware of the bill of goods they sell you. In hindsight, I wish I did use bankruptcy. These people are thieves.

    ***** this company to settle my debts. Instead they have totally ruined my credit. They've hardly paid anything. I've gotten several lawsuits and they keep saying they're taking care of it. One card had $1000 on it when I turned it in to them now I owe $2500 and I'm being sued. The company said they settled for $2000 but want me to increase my payment. I refused to pay extra because they messed up.

    I have made 4 payments, and they have settled 1 debt in 5 months effectively. I have had creditors reach out to me to start negotiating, and some of them settle with you at 50% directly. There is no need for their services. When I called about the company settling with more of my creditors, all they tell me is that I have to have money in my account. My one account that settled pays $130 a month. I have paid $476 x 4 which is $1904. I should have $1384 in my account, but I have $12. While they have paid my creditors $520, they have paid themselves $1372. They settle at 25% of the actual debt, so when they negotiate a 50% savings, they end charging you back 25% which means they are only netting you a 25% savings. Then they pay themselves before settling any more of your debts. You are better off skipping payments for a few months, saving the monthly payment, and then settling directly with your creditors. This is a complete joke and a complete scam. I would stay away, instead of wasting 5 months of payments and ruining your credit.

    I had to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful mentor and person ** is. He was my enrollment specialist and got me on the right track. He goes over and beyond the call of duty. He calls to chat and see how things are going. He takes a personal interest in his clients. I chatted with him today and he immediately handled a situation that the customer service agent was not able to take care to my satisfaction. ** is mature beyond his years and his business acumen is to be commended!     Absolute FRAUD!! when you sign up they give you this c*** about sending all your bills to them and they will reach out to your debtors.my highest debtor is still taking $500/mo out of my account for the past 3 months.please explain to me why i should continue paying $449.42/mo to do ABSOLUTEY NOTHING for me. I sent a letter to your office in *******,** weeks ago explaining this exact thing and have not heard from anyone.i just want to CANCEL IMMEDIATELY and PLEASE return all my money that was paid.
