I had just gotten a call when i had gotten my first ever car and someone called about me having to get a warranty and the stay on the phone cause if i ended the call, it would mess up my time getting a warranty for myself. I had gotten the lowest one was at first $99 and then each month for $137. I started to notice it was a scam because they NEVER sent mail to my home or sent me emails about my pay. So I had to quickly change my card and block them from taking my money again. now they keep calling. Calling from different states like ********* or ********, or ********. please everyone be careful

I was called today thinking it was for my car thats in the shop but instead the phone call I received was from a guy telling me I need to renew my warranty to have them install the recall services on my vehicle when I contacted the **** dealership themselves they said they were working on the recalls with no problem and that they would be done free of charge because they are safety recalls. so I now want to refund the $99 that was taken out for the extended warranty and I wish to cancel my account altogether

Dear Sirs on 09/25/2024, a representative from an extended auto warranty company. When they called, I had to ask where they were from. They stated they were from Omega Extended Auto Warranty. I unfortunately agreed to this and when I saw the receipt from my bank and it stated Complete Auto Care.. I saw their reviews. So, I decided to cancel it. I called them and they stated I have to write to do this. So, because they chose to use a name the Omega and not their own, I cancel all transactions. I did research with both phone numbers did not match. I never heard of Omega nor Complete. So, because of this misinformation, this letter from me on the BBB will serve as my cancelation notice on 10/02/204. The amount to be refunded will be $86.00. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN THE 30 DAYS. PLEASE REFUND $86.99 BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO USE OUR ACCOUNT AT ALL. Now you gave me the customer service # of ******. This $86.00 is monthly so, this ends any further transactions.

7/25/24 I answered my phone to someone inquiring about my vehicle. I have a 2020 ****** Outback Premium. The stated that the factory warranty had expired. So. My remedy was to purchase a extended warranty with them . Oh. They sold me on the perks and the payment plan but to receive the goodies a payment was required and 30 day waitwaiting period. So. I was hooked I paid $180. A few days later I received the information packet. I was shocked that I feeling I had be scammed. I wasn't told the package price and after researching the administrator of this plan: ********** Warranty doesn't service in the state of **************. Only in **************, ******* and *******. After several days of trying to contact this company. They are now not taking my calls because they know I want to cancel this contract. I have called the administrator and the payment plan servicer and seller all phone numbers are connected. When I call any one above my calls are hang up immediately.

The transaction date was 05/24/24. On this date I purchased an auto warranty with the company listed above. The initial amount was $99.00 down payment with ****** a month. I had 30days to cancel and get a refund back. I called and cancelled the 2nd week in June before it was to go into service. I was told that they would put it back on the debit card I used. I explained that I cancelled the debit card, and I need them to send the refund in check form. They seem confused and stated, it had to be the original debit card. I told them that my credit union couldn't open the card again after it was closed. I offer to let it go back on the new debit card I received. They kept insistence that they need the original card. I explained again the card was closed, and the credit union said,"that it couldn't open the closed card up again." I was told to wait until the 19th of July, and they would refund my money back. When I called on the 22nd of July, I was told that I have to wait another two weeks. They had to send me request for refund to **************** I do not know what going on, but I would like your assistance in getting my money back. I have had many conversations with Complete Auto Care Inc personnel.

I am filing this complaint against MEPCO a vehicle extended warranty company located on ********** in *******, **. I was contacted by MEPCO on April 12, 2024. At that time the representative stated that their company was a Chrysler Jeep extended warranty company and they wanted to offer me the original extended warranty I purchased when I financed my 2017 Jeep Renegade with the dealer. All the while I was led to believe I was talking to a Jeep extended warranty program so I accepted their offer over the phone with the first installment to be deducted from my checking account on April 15, 2024. MEPCO deducted the 1st installment on April 15,2024. On April 16,2024 I contacted Chrysler Jeep inquiring about MEPCO and was told by the customer service representative with Chrysler Jeep extended warranties that they had no knowledge of MEPCO and that MEPCO did not handle Jeep extended warranties. MEPCO lied to me and misrepresented their company leading me to believe they were affiliated with Chrysler Jeep which is known as fraud. On the 17th of April, 2024 I went to my bank to put a stop to this money being deducted from my account. My banker explained that before he could help me I would have to call MEPCO and cancel the service. I sat right there in my bankers office and called MEPCO and told them I want to cancel the extended warranty on my Jeep. The lady with MEPCO wanted to argue with me. I repeated five times that I want to cancel the service. After hearing this my banker at ********** stated to me that MEPCO will probably not stop trying to deduct money from my account. After the 1st payment was paid on April 15th, I closed my checking account. I have since received a bill from them in the amount of $173.98 to cover the May and June payment of $***** each. I also want the harassing phone calls to stop. It cost me 1 payment of ***** to do the legwork and see that the company lied to me. I don't expect the money back but I also do not owe MEPCO one red cent.

    Good afternoon,

As the product administrator, we do not  cancel, refund, sell, solicit, or provide leads, as we do not sell direct to consumer. As stated in the letter from MEPCO, the seller of the policy is Complete Auto Care, which is where **************** needs to direct her complaint for a resolution.

    Sincerely,

I paid $275 for insureance before I figured out this company is known for scamming customers. They requested credit card information over the phone and I unfortunately provided them with it.I then proceeded to change my credit card information to stop the monthly payments and now they have called me everyday with different spoofed phone numbers (you can tell because they are only a few digits apart) trying to sign me up again for an insurance plan. (About 3-5 times a day)When I do answer the phone, and try to get myself off the call list they will start asking what plan I want to sign up for but refuse to tell me what company, except for one employee who accidentally said the name of the company after I had asked and abruptly hung up. This has been going on for almost a month now. I need it to stop
