            On January 28, 2023 I purchased a used stove from Carver's Used Appliances at **** **** **** ** ************* ** ***** in the amount of $525. The stove was $450 and the additional $75 was for deliver, installation, and removal of my old stove. The delivery man did not install the stove, and he asked for an additional $20 to take my old stove away. The stove's baking function doesn't work properly. The owner told me the stove I bought, GE he said, was probably a few years old. Because the oven wasn't working, I searched for a model number and found this stove was 11 years old and a Samsung. For more than 10 days, I've called the store, left voice messages, left messages with the owners employees, and went to the store in person to try and have a conversation with the owner who is avoiding me from discussing a resolution.

            I paid ****** Used Appliances $200 to fix my clothes dryer, returning the dryer to them three times only to have the dryer stop working again. After the fourth time I had a problem, I asked the repairman (***) if the owner would come to my home to inspect the premises to see if I was doing something wrong. *** said that I would have to pay a service call fee above and beyond the $200 I'd already paid. I then asked the owner if he'd come and he said he'd come the next day. He never came. When I returned to the shop the owner belligerently refused to come and denied ever agreeing to it. He then made the totally false claim as an excuse that I had threatened his repairman during my visit to his shop. So *************************** lied twice to me and his repairman lied to him.
