on March 22nd, 2022 bought a 2022 Lexus NX350 FSport from Lexus of Orange Park, trading in my 2018 Honda CRV. Was told the Lexus has everything we wanted including driver's side memory seating position & rear kick sensor. We did the deal & financed through Lexus Financial. The technology person could not get the seat or rear sensor to work for us. The car salesman *** ********* assured us it had the options but the computer had to be adjusted, security setting adjusted, or fuse replaced. So we took it home. Took it back Friday March 25th, 2022 at 5 pm for service technician to the memory seat position & rear kick sensor. After about an hour the technician asked to see the window sticker. It was then that Lexus said the vehicle didn't have those options & nothing they could do but trade us out of this vehicle with 110 miles on it. Sales manager ***** said we would have to do a whole new deal including credit report etc. We are asking that we get the Lexus NX350 FSport that we thought we were getting, technology package, variable suspension (20 inch black wheels), black or black/red interior for the price of the vehicle we purchased on March 22nd, 2022 ($49,000.00) & no hit on my credit report.
