Let me first start this off by saying we have been an Acura family for decades. In between the two Acura dealerships locally we have never had the experience we had purchasing our new luxury vehicle! Everyone and I mean everyone from the sales staff to the managers are personable, approachable and very eager to help you with any and all issues or questions! The perks of being in the Field's family of dealers is great as well! *********************** was a *** to work with! Easy going, not pushy and very knowledgeable on the entire Lexus lineup. ***** was a pleasure to work with explaining the technology these vehicles come with! ***************************** made the finance part a breeze! Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the market for a luxury vehicle!Review from Guy W

I went with a friend to this dealership to test drive a **** Lexus SC430. In our test drive a clunking sound was heard and seemed to be coming from the right side roof area. We asked if they could have someone look at it in the service department. They said no one was available. They finally said they'd get in back into service to look at it. An hour later I walked around the to service and saw the car sitting outside. A few minutes later the sales rep came to use and said the issue was deemed a safety hazard and they couldn't sell us the car. If that car has a safety hazard issue it should of been taken off their website. It's still there. Stock Number PLR4415A.

I purchased a car from here in July 2020 and a 1 year a half later the engine dies. No warning signs or anything, which leads me to believe that the car had major issues before I purchase it. Do not purchase a car from here without having your personal mechanic take a look first.Lexus Of Orange Park Response

We are sorry to hear that you are now experiencing problems with your vehicle. With that said, I would have to respectfully disagree with you on your statement that the vehicle was sold to you with a major engine issue especially since, as you state, you have had it for a year and a half. We also present to every customer the option to purchased an extended warranty in the event of an unexpected repair along with a vehicle history report at the time of sale. Also, all our our pre-owned vehicle being advertised for sale have a free vehicle history report online as well for all customer to review while they are searching for a vehicle.Review from Jacob B

We do apologize that the vehicle you were interested in was sold. We investigated this situation and contacted ************** to go over what has transpired. During our communications with his wife, our team member clearly informed his wife that the vehicle could not be held from being sold without a deposit. ********** wife stated she wanted to explore other financing options but was still interested in the vehicle. Again, it was reiterated that this vehicle would be available for anyone to purchase without a deposit.
