    Called In April and made an appointment for June 12. They said they were busy and appointments are 2 months out. Fine. Waited. Brought my vehicle on Monday the 12th. They text you a number and service advisor to contact for update. One day passed, no update, second day I text for an update, no response. Wednesday I text,(now my car has been there 3 days) Service advisor ******* txts back that tech or mechanic was backed up and will get back to him the next day. Next day, 5 pm no update again. At this time I was beyond upset, just waited again for them to call me or text me so I can just go get my vehicle back because at this point though their service is a joke. I am not sure if this is their standard practice. Saturday (my vehicle sat there all week) got a call from service advisor that I have a rear sensor issue, which actually when you turn the vehicle on tells you your sensor is blocked, so I already knew that, another issue he discovered but they had no actual diagnosis, I printed a bulletin of what the problem was. He stated that they would have to remove the bumper and it would coat this much and this many hours and put the bumper back on, bunch of mumbo jumbo that you feed someone to shut them up because they are angry because of the delay and neglect. I just said Id like to come get my car, he said it was $490 total that I need to pay. $240 something for each diagnosis of two problems we needed looked at. Mind you they did not fix anything nor look at anything, I can guarantee my car never left that parking spot where I left and picked it up. Utter disbelief that a Land Rover dealership practices in this manner. Why have an appointment? Why not communicate with customer? Why charge for something you never even addressed or looked at? I hope that this isn’t their standard practice and they do not treat anyone as I have experienced. It isn't about money, its about wasting my time and treating me like an idiot and being dishonest.

    Car had the easiest fix ever! Came in due to potholes. The passenger side front rim was damaged, thats what the mechanic said the city was paying for these damages! Due to the mechanic recommending brakes, front rim and tire plus a alignment. I bring them a tire so they can do the alignment, alignment never was done. Because the mechanic was waiting on the tire for the driver side. The original plan was to get one tire do the alignment and thats it! The mechanic said he didnt do it because I took the car. The Jaguar dealership in Jacksonville had my car for almost a week. When I took the car from them, only because I had to work the next day! As I start driving my vehicle, I noticed a vibration. I figured it was the tires need to be balanced. I take it to Discount Tire. They advised me that its a bent rim on my passenger side rear! That information left me speechless! At this moment Im so incredibly disappointed in Jaguar in Jacksonville Fl! A simple fix, is now a headache! Its Labor Day week so Ive been riding on my spare for 3 days now! I call Jaguar to tell them about it, they advised me they cant buy me another rim for my rear! Now if this was something I was paying for it would be no problem. What makes it even worse is, ***** the service manager gave me this answer. ***** advised me that I should bring him the rim, so he can see if he can fix my bent rim. Now if the mechanic or technician would done his job right, which is inspect the vehicle. That Jaguar charges $199.99 *** dollars, I wouldnt have to take time out of work! Call and leave messages on people phones, texts, etc! Instead they didnt now I must do my job and make sure these matters dont go unnoticed!!! Im extremely disappointed in Jaguar in Jacksonville! I want a new tire from Jaguar in Jacksonville, and a tire with no cost! All they had to do is do what they charge us customers for
