            I took out a loan from workplacecredit a while ago been paying a long time. Have been trying to login and call to get balance on my account. Allotments keep coming out, Finally got a letter saying they owe me money, sent account info for them to send to. Really would like a phone call that would be great or a number I can call this is insane.

            I have been waiting for a response because I want to apply for a new loan. The current phone number is pointless because I kept getting disconnected after waiting on hold. The extensions do not lead to anyone who answers. The phone just hangs up the call. The website has been down for so long I cannot remember. I have sent multiple emails to get someone to contact me with not response still.
