I have been waiting for a response because I want to apply for a new loan. The current phone number is pointless because I kept getting disconnected after waiting on hold. The extensions do not lead to anyone who answers. The phone just hangs up the call. The website has been down for so long I cannot remember. I have sent multiple emails to get someone to contact me with not response still.Review from Lat S

I obtained a loan from Workplace Credit in Feb. 2020. Receiving my loan was seamless; however, when I attempted to communicate, via email and telephone, to them that my allotments were no longer available to pay back my loan, they never responded. As such, ACH withdrawals were initiated in lieu of my scheduled loan payments (which was fine). However, Workplace Credit/ In-house Capital stopped initiating ACH withdrawals in late 2021. Their website is perpetually down and no one answers their phone or replies to their emails. However, they had the audacity to attempt to report my payments as late (quickly disputed through Equifax and resolved within the hour). This business appears to have gone under and customers, like myself, cannot communicate with the lender to initiate or make payments. I would not recommend Workplace Credit to anyone.Review from Mark O

The place was an excellent place to get a loan. Alloted payments through my paycheck. However the website has been down for over a year. I cant get anyone on the phone or to respond to email. Im wanting to make more payments to pay it down faster but dont know how. If I stop allotments will I get a response then?Review from Ackaylia B

Soooo..... Finally got a hold of someone on the phone and pretty much. She said she was new. I should have gotten her name but I told her I wanted my contract to show the remaining balance of my loan because it makes zero sense. She didn't know how long it would take for me to receive it and i didnt know if she sent the request. I seriously want to stop the loan because I feel like I am being scammed. How is it your customer service rep doesn't know timeframes? We went back and forth and I said I called the phone number on the website and she said," weird because it came to my phone number". I don't know if she was being sarcastic or what but that makes me feel like I am being scammed and I told her so. This will be the last time I take this loan ever. I cannot wait for someone to *** this place because I would sign the petition.Review from Latanya

Scamming money after your loan has been paid in full the only contact with this company is by email they use to answer when I receive my loan I could talk with someone over the phone this company no longer exists all they are doing is collecting the money they have all ready paid to they customer they are not offering an loans they have collected money twice from my bank thru arch after my loan have been paid in full and want refund my money back after emailing them with a email someone sent to me saying account paid in fullReview from Erykah W

I received a loan from this company. Payments come directly from my paycheck. For months I've tried reaching out to get a current balance on my loan but I am unable to reach them. Their website has been down for months. This company shouldn't be able to continue to take payments from my pay or others paychecks if they aren't available for us to speak with.Review from Karina C

Applied for a loan with them and received it promptly. The past few months Ive been trying to log into my account and pay more on the Lon but their website is down. They take out the payment from my checking account and send me and email. If you call them or email them, you do dont get a response. BBB should try to get in contact with them or close down their business
