            I had my hot water heater replaced. The insurance company only paid out about $320 but refused to pay for the rest. They claimed I had a limit as to how much they would pay out to the claim. The thing is that I don't recall agreeing to a limit when I signed the policy or made the claim. I would NEVER have taken this company on for their insurance if I had known about this so-called limit on how much they cover. $300 is about the same amount that I paid per MONTH! Now they don't want to dole out the cash to cover the work that they approved. I already paid to have the hot water heater inspected and an attempt to fix the old hot water heater. Now I have to cough up over $800 to cover what the insurance company will not. If they were going to give a $300 limit on a job that cost over a $1000 why did I bother for this insurance at all. The only appliance that this company's meager pay out would be a microwave. Everything else costs WAY more than $300! What gives?
