    To Whom It May Concern:
    This letter is regarding account #*********, which you claim “I owe $390.00”. This is a formal notice that your claim is disputed.
    I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the **** **** ********** ********* *** and the **** ****** ********* ***, along with the correspond- ing local state laws. Please note that I am requesting “validation”; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever had) some contractual obligation to pay you.

    Today, March 22, 2024, a phone call was received on a family member's telephone concerning an alleged debt from a loan company. The representative exhibited egregious behavior, including rudeness, condescension, the use of abusive language, and threats of legal action if the purported debt was not promptly settled. Notably, the debt has not been substantiated, and there is no recollection of receiving any prior correspondence from the company.

    The encounter was highly distressing, leaving me feeling deeply disrespected and deeming the use of a relative's telephone for such matters wholly inappropriate. In response, I firmly instructed the representative to cease contact through that number and provided my personal contact details for future communication, should it be necessary.

    Despite my request for correspondence via mail, the representative adamantly refused, insisting on continued telephone communication. Subsequent investigation into the company revealed recurrent violations of the **** **** ********** ********* ***, particularly in their propensity for abusive and harassing conduct, as well as unwarranted legal threats.

    The call culminated with the representative audaciously stating, "See you in court, *** *********," before abruptly terminating the conversation. In light of these events, I promptly sought legal counsel to address this matter.
