      Worst insurance company ever!! Ive been going back and forth with an adjuster on getting a turbine replaced (blew off in a storm). Had a company place a temporary patch as there was a hole where water was entering. The adjuster said the only thing needing replacement was the cap, which not sure how he determined that because he didnt even lift up the patch to investigate the damage to the base (bad faith). Complete scammers who must be incentivized to s**** over customers. I will be pursuing legal action against this company. Its asinine how they try and get over on their customers.

      They are absolutely rude and give you no answers I have a claim against them their driver well the person that owns the vehicle her son fell asleep crossed two lanes and totaled my truck while it was parked at 3:30 a.m. it's been 7 days they will not give me an answer of a rental vehicle anything and I just can't express how rude the claim agent was to me on the phone it was horrible this whole experience has been horrible and I did nothing wrong my vehicle was parked my family was sleeping when this happened

      Last year I added on homeowners insurance to my auto policy with Main Street America Insurance. Around the end of May 2024. They then mailed me a cancellation notice on the date of July 8, 2024 informing me that my Home Owners insurance would be terminated with them on July 15, 2024, due to an issue with my current roof. Naturally, I did not even see or open this mail until the morning of July 15, 2024. There had been no communication from my agent at Asset Insurance or from this particular company via phone, email, or text. This literally left me with less than 12 hours to obtain new Home owners insurance so that my policy would not lapse. I was not given any reasonable amount of time to fix this issue that they apparently found. I also was not able to obtain my policy on this one mutually added update either. This is by far the most unprofessional organization that Ive ever encountered. If I couldve given zero stars or -100 stars that would be my rating for my horrific experience with Main Street America Insurance Company.

      Worst insurance company! Terrible, rude customer service. Their website is unnavigable. They don't send regular invoices, only secretly upload them to their site. We have two policies and can only access one through the website. No one ever picks up the customer service line. They should put more time and effort into their customers rather than harassing people with cancellation threats! O stars stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I just bought a house and the loan officer referred me to these thieves. After a few days of moving in, I found a leak on the first floor of my house (although I paid for an inspection prior to moving in). That leak had led me to discover multiple other leaks, busted pipes, mold that was growing within the walls. I made them aware of these problems, and the insurance company did nothing. They told me I had to pay myself for the repairs (including plumbing, flooring, new walls, painting), and I did pay for all of it myself while they offered no support or assistance. Mind you they were harassing me to send them the first payment in full otherwise I wasnt going to be considered as a client, they made me Zelle the money to them. Then, they had the nerve to tell me that I needed to fix my sidewalk before they could continue with me. I told them to let me finish the house repairs, then I would get to the sidewalk. They decided to drop me on 2/7/25, and they never sent me my money back. Stay away from these thieves!!! They only want your money when its convenient for them.

      I have broken auto glass. Both ******** and Main Street America seem unable to handle this claim. I logged into the *** website and pulled up my auto policy in my account. When I read the policy number from their website AND from the insurance card in my glove compartment, the *** **** that I spoke to were unable to find or verify my policy. They said the policy number was improperly formatted -- even though I read it off their website and the insurance card that they issued. They were unable to locate my policy by policy number, name, address, phone number, billing account number or VIN.They have no trouble getting my premium bills issued correctly. And I pay them.... but I don't know why. My broker is dealing with them now.

      If I can do ZERO stars I would. This place *****. They did not help me with my claims and accidents. My case adjuster was horrible. ****** *. He was rude and made my experience bad.

      THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! I had this company for years for my homeowner's insurance and I paid SEVERAL hundreds of dollars in advanced for numerous months so I did not have to worry about paying my homeowners for a couple of months because I was having quite a bit work done to my home and did not want to worry about paying the bill. I called my agent because I was confused about my most recent bill, she stated I only owed $34.95 for the next upcoming month. When I tried to log into my account to pay my bill, as I do every month, and recieveda message stating my policy was already cancelled when my agent told me a bill was not even due until next month and I DID NOT EVEN KNOW Main Street cancelled my policy. This company states they sent me an invoice, a late notice and a cancellation notice. All 3, which I have NOT RECIEVED thus far! MY HOUSE COULD HAVE BURNED DOWN AND I WOULD HAVE HAD ZERO HOME OWNERS INSURANCE!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! LOOK AT THEIR PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND THEIR PRIOR RATINGS!!! 1/5 STARS!!! ENOUGH SAID!!!

      We have insured 8 vehicles with Main Street America for 17 years. We had a bad accident and we reached out to *** to make an underinsured claim. *** has been totally unreasonable and uncooperative during this claim. They are very cheap in reimbursing their loyal clients. We will go to another insurance company because of this.
