    Aside from having a bad day, I was having issues with *********** on the Netevia system. I wasn't able to use my terminal and I needed it for this up coming event this weekend. After having the first person (with a bad attitude) actually laughed at me, I hung up on her and called back to see if I got another person. And I did! ***** was very pleasant, understanding, kind and willing to try and help me. Even though I was very ******, argumentative and not real nice. After a few times on hold, he told me it would take a bit and he would call me back. Not only did he call me back twice to keep me updated, he called the third time the next morning to tell me he has it fixed and taken care of. He was so understanding and helpful. He has saved the day!! IF I ever need anymore help with this system, I will do my best to have ***** be the one to help me!! Great guy with awesome customer service!!!!

    I signed up as an agent with ************ on or about December of 2022. I was an independent contractor with ************ who is a registered ISO with Netevia. Since the start **** who is the owner of ************ has treated me like garbage. Using fowl language and treating my merchant like garbage. I have not gotten paid by ************ from day 1. It has been 3 months. I got an alert today that they are shutting my account down due to questionable activity on my account. I feel this was a direct target as this has been an ongoing issue. I would not recommend this company as i feel this was a scam to for us to do the work and them to collect the money.

    ****** was paid his residuals owed.  His account was closed due fraudulent activity.  This is normal and research is being done to verify what steps need to be taken next.
