    Leasetrader lied to me before I posted the vehicle, claiming that they would help make the transaction work, but they have been no help since I paid them.

    I listed my vehicle with LeaseTrader.com for about 2 months; only 2 "buyers" ever messaged me, no one went through their "credit check" process, and no on responded to any of my messages. And, unless they go through the credit check, they can't talk with you or exchange contact info, they can only send short statements selected from a dropdown list. So, I put a parallel listing on Autotrader.com, and within a few weeks, I had a buyer. I then contacted LeaseTrader to ask about the process of actually getting out of my lease, and no one was there to answer questions. *********** stopped responding to texts, and there's no one answering the "contact us" phone numbers.I spent $400 for a listing in on their website, which appears to get little to no traffic. Meanwhile, you can spend $50 with Autotrader and get your listing in front of everyone. How embarrassing...Please, don't make the same stupid mistake that I did. Please don't give this company anymore business, they're not providing any value. This is a complete scam.
