    They sold me bad tires that could not be balanced. I submitted the proof that the dealership that serviced my vehicle provided me. I tried for over a year to get them to replace them. The customer service guy repeatedly ignore me, said he would do things to fix the issue but even did. He was flat out rude at times. Multiple reviews i submitted were erased so no one could see them. I ended up having to go through manufacture of the tires with the help of a great local garage and explained what was happening, thankfully they did help me replace the tires. Wheelhero is awful! Do not buy anything from them!

    Better prices elsewhere on just about every rim. Do more research before you waste money on this company.

    The wheel's and tire's I ordered were excactly what they said they would be and arrived in a timely fashion . Highly recomend this company and plan on using them again in the future for the custom classic car's and truck's i restore, Thank you Wheel Hero I appreciate all your hard work and honesty

    Shopping around brought me to Wheel Hero. Obviously the pricing!***** in customer service was very helpful as I had questions. Quick shipping. Ready to get them installed on my new truck which should arrive in 2 weeks. Will gladly recommend Wheel Hero.

    This is my first time buying wheels and tires online. They came mounted and balanced ready to install. They offered a huge selection of wheels and tires along with excellent customer service and support. I would highly recommend Wheel Hero for anyone looking for a great deal on wheels and tires. I will be doing more business with Wheel Hero in the future when I am ready to change out my factory wheels on my truck.
