I placed an order # ****** for 4 shirts on July 15th in the amount of $103.65. I have called the number several times to just get some idea of a estimated ship date and all I get is a recorded message. I have also emailed the company with no response whatsoever. It would be nice if they would have someone at least respond to customer questions as to estimated delivery times. They state on their website 2 to 4 weeks.... yet you get no information as that time frame passes. Are they still in business or has this company turned out to be a scam?Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 shirts on 06/24/2023 which never arrived. I emailed them on 3 separate occasions and called them twice leaving messages that were never returned. Their voicemail states to email them yet they won't communicate. I called again 07/20/2023 and spoke to the "Owner". She stated they were back ordered, she was on vacation at her daughter's wedding and I asked for a refund. She offered other shirts I had no interest in and I asked for a refund which she obliged, sent me an email stating she refunded the purchase yet the funds never showed up. She promised a full refund within 48 hours and it's been over 7 days and I've not recieved any refund. Ive got supporting documentation I'll submit and I'm disputing the charge with my bank. I ordered shirts (3) on May 24, 2023, and was given a confirmation number for my order. they took my money right away, I understand that they make the shirts as the order is placed, here it is July 27, 2023, and no product has made it to me, I have called the number on the web site and all you get is a voice mail that is full. I have emailed several times in the last few weeks about where is my order. They sure want to be in a hurry collecting your money but take their sweet time getting back to you or in this case don't get back to you at all.Customer Answer

I placed an order on 6/8/23 for 3 shirts totaling $92.59. Order #******. As of 7/15/23 I have received nothing. I have sent 2 emails with no response whatsoever. I ordered a couple of years ago with no problem so I felt safe ordering. I regret that now and after seeing the other complaints I am afraid this company has turned into a scam.Customer Answer

I finally received my order today. I am happy with the shirts. The customer service is definitely horrible though. I sent several emails with no response and even filed this complaint which got no response. I commented on their ******** posts asking someone to contact me and they would delete my comments and still not answer. I love the shirts but I honestly dont know if I would order from them again considering everything. It took 2 months to receive my order. This is resolved as far as Im concerned now that I have received my order.Sincerely,

I ordered 3 of their shirts on June 9th,and was told it could take 2 to 4 weeks. It's passed that,and I haven't even heard from them telling me they have gone to print,let alone ship.I have made repeated attempts to contact them(phone calls and emails),with no luck. Date of transaction may 21,2023 in the amount of ***** order number ******. I have tried to contact by phone and they do not answer and box is full. Emailed them a few time with no reply as of this complaint. The transaction occured on a chase bank account that ********************** is using.
