    Business lied by stating they were accredited by the Better business bureau. They charge people for services that they have not received.

    We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience you may have experienced. We take customer concerns very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter directly with you.We are glad that we have already met and reached an agreement to provide you with a partial refund, allowing you to reduce your number of visits while still receiving half of your treatments as discussed. Our goal is always to ensure our clients are satisfied and feel treated fairly.Thank you for working with us to find a resolution.

    Anyone, who responds to service & products offered by Ageless Spa. Buyer beware the $79 fee is a scam. They perform the service then pressure you to buy more treatments ranging from $800 to $3000 (Must be paid in advance). And if you happen to cancel the service after 24 hours they will not refund your money, under any circumstances.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address this comment by Ms. ****** our spa, every client has the full choice whether to proceed with a service or treatment plan. We do not obligate or require anyone to continue beyond their initial purchase. Our refund policy, along with all spa terms and conditions, is thoroughly explained to each client during the consultation process and provided in writing on the signed client agreement for *************** clearly stated in that agreement, refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that timeframe, services and products are non-refundable, as they are personalized, scheduled, and in some cases, already rendered. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our clients.That said, if the customer would like assistance in modifying her plan, our team is more than willing to help. We are committed to working with her to adjust treatments as needed and are more than happy to ensure her needs are satisfied.Sincerely,Ageless **************
