5 starsThe service was outstanding. The technician spent hours one d ay and problem not solved. The issue could not be fixed by epson and they informed me it could not be fixed. I ordered a replacement. To my surprise the phone rang and it was a technican calling me back.. He said he had an idea about fixing the problem. After another hour the problem was solved. I have had many support groups serving unmanly of the products in my home. MC helper was the best program. They took owner ship of the problem and worked overtime to solve. if. *********************** M.DM C Helper
