5 starsAll of your technicians are great. I recently got a new printer and my old computer guy install it as I cant get behind my desk. He removed the security I paid you for and still had 6 months on the contract. I really shouldnt have had to pay $260 for 2 years of coverage to get it reinstalled. The technician was very nice but after being with for about 5 years I should gotten a better deal. I didnt need to spend this kind of money at this time of the year. First bad taste I have had about your company- not happy. *************************M C Helper
