5 starsWhen I first spoke to the techs at MCHELPER I was not sure what would happen but was very please with the support and patience of both Mike and Sam who both worked diligently to calm me down and fix the problems. My computer needed a lot of work and they jumped right on it and solved the problems. They both were GREAT and I will request them should I need help in the future.M C Helper
