  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING THE TOLD ME. I WAS TOLD I HAD A 100% MONEY BACK RETURN IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED. THIS WAS ON 2/11/23 WHEN I TOOK OUT THIS SERVICE. ON 4/25/23 I CALLED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BE FIXED BY THEIR SERVICES. I WAS TOLD BY MARK THAT I WOULD BE GIVEN A 100% REFUND IN 7 - 10 DAYS. I CALLED TODAY AND SPOKE TO MIKE TODAY 5/16/23 AND TOLD THEM I HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE REFUND AND IT'S 21 DAYS LATER. AFTER 1 1/2 HRS ON THE PHONE WITH MIKE TOLD ME I WOULD GET A $199 REFUND AND A PRORATED PORTION OF THE 36 MO BALANCE OF 1$159.99 FOR THE 3 MOS I HAVE HAD THE SERVICE. I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR ABOUT THIS. THEN COMES NOLAN. I SPENT ANOTHER `HOUR GOING OVER THIS WITH NOLAN AND HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME A $100 CREDIT. I HAVE SINCE TALKED TO TO MY BANK AND MY LEGAL COUNCIL AND MAYBE THEY CAN GET THEM TO DO AS THEY SAY. THEY ARE LIARS AND DO NOT DO AS THEY SAY. MY OPINION IS THAT ALL THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I TOLD THEM TO REMOVE THEIR SOFTWARE AND TELL ME HOW TO DO IT, I WOULD NOT LET THEM TOUCH MY COMPUTER IN ANY WAY. MY PERSONAL ADVISE IS TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I AM SURE THEY WILL TAKE THESE COMMENTS DOWN OR BURY THIS COMMENT SOMPLACE AMONG THEIR WHAT I THINK ARE FAKE REVIEWS. I HAVE COPIED THIS REVIEW TODAY 5/16/23. BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

  Thank you for allowing me to address this concern with Mr. *******. It seems as if there has been a misunderstanding with Mr. S******. Mr. ******* called in and asked for help.  He was pretty agitated and frustrated and acknowledged so in writing. Here are Mr. *******'s EXACT words that he wrote; "I have been on the phone using remote services with both Sam ****** and Mike ***** and even though I was quite upset at the beginning because of the problems I was having with my computer they calmed me down and did their work.  I apologized to them for my attitude and they were perfect gentlemen and did their job quickly.  They, in one word, were GREAT!  I hope when I call again I get one of them on the phone." Mr. ******* also asked us to help his wife, which we did.   As explained to Mr. Stencil, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which does not include digital downloads like the Anti-Virus he requested, which we installed.  Mr. Stencil has actually been quite challenging and has hung up on us multiple times as we have tried to explain and address Mr. *******'s concerns which include the fact that he came on board with us in February, much past the 30-day window he has mentioned and acknowledged. Mr. *******'s questioning the credibility of the BBB and suggesting the BBB is posting fake reviews, demonstrates that Mr. ******* does not understand the system that the BBB is so well known for and the steps they take to confirm these reviews.  We absolutely stand by all of our satisfied customer's reviews that have used and liked our services enough to write a review.   They say they record all of their calls. It's convenient that they can't find the call from 4/25/23 where I was told they were sending me a complete refund. I was never told about a 30 day refund and never received anything other than my initial bill which I paid on 2/11/23. They are liars. How convenient you always take the side of the company. I live my life by the Boy Scout Law and have been teaching scouts this for 62 years. I'm a Bronze Star recipient for my service in ********. I do Not lie. I have very strong commitments to right and wrong and live by the Golden Rule, which you probably don't know. I knew you wouldn't believe me and take the side for the liars who are only interested in s******* the client, I speak from the heart and trust others to do the right thing. Another notch for the bad guys. All they want is the $$$ Their program or whatever it is isn't even on my computer. BS on their so called KEY that isn't even on my computer. They owe me $359.99 less the prorated portion I was told by **** that I would get. **** one of these liars tells the truth. This is total BS ! None of these people speak the truth.
