5 starsI was having issues with updating ********* subscription since my cc had been compromised. I called the Technical Support line and spoke with ****. He was able to fix the problem with my credit card and also told me that my ** address had been compromised. He fixed the ** problem then transferred me to **** who did extra clean up and installed a security software that i had already purchased but wasn't installed. **** also fixed an issue with my printer that I couldn't get connected to my PC. Both **** and **** were very helpful and patient with me as they fixed everything!M C Helper

5 starsTechnician, ****, was professional and explained why I kept getting alerts about my computer having viruses. I bought my computer in 2017 and was not looking forward to going through set up on a new one! He installed a new driver, which basically is a new computer. I also renewed my support plan and software protection. All of this for about one third of having to buy a new computer. MCHELPER is invaluable!M C Helper
