    Wonderful service. Very professional and thorough. We have a large variety of devices of various ages all connected up from several different service providers. I had it installed and issues arise that go beyond simple troubleshooting. MC Helper techs can quickly get to the core issue and resolve quickly and educate me allong the way. They have eliminated my need to call in a service provider tech and the hassle of appointments, waiting and large expense of having someone come out to resolve issues. If you need assistance beyond your capabilities at least twice a year, the MC Helper service pays for itself easily. I probably call them once a month. Yes, I know I should probably upgrade my equipment, but everything works fine and the cost to replace is out of my retirement budget. MC Helper is an excellent solution and so glad I found them.

    The agent did a very good job of not giving up until he solved my problem. At first I could tell that he didn't immediately know the answer but continued to pursue the challenge with undaunted determination until he discovered the solution. It was worth the money just to watch him in action! this was my first experience with MCHelper, and so far, so good!
