    Instead of reassuring me that I could cancel or change my shipment up to 3 days prior to shipent date, they should have advised me not to sign or pay until 3 days prior to my shipping date. I requested the cancelation 13 days prior to the shipping date. I feel it is unjust in that they only allow a 3 day window after paying a deposit to cancel services, and they refuse to refund my $2,917 with such an ample amount of time prior preparing for the shipment.
