3 starsEveryone I talked to and worked with was very nice they will make you sign a contract the end of that day of the offer saying they won't change the price no matter what but that is not true they will wait until the last minute to tell you that they will only pay you about 40k less then the contract and still try to get you to go with it I'm glad I had other offers for a whole lot more waiting for a go ahead on my home so I had them end the contract and went with someone else
