      If I could leave 1 I would. Cannot reach anyone to say I am ready to proceed with the exit process. I reached out about a year ago to ask if we could do it at the end of 2025 to mid 2026. Now ready, no one will answer. Once again one of these companies have taken advantage of our hard earned money. My husband is a disabled veteran and we were initially excited to travel. What a hassle. So disappointed.

      I contracted with J & T Solutions and Tyler Soutee (Owner) back in March to get me out of my timeshare and paid them a decent amount of money. I was told I would get monthly updates and have not received any information since March. Tyler's cell does not work and prior had not returned any text or emails. I think this company has gone out of business as I have not heard back from anyone in a long time and my primary point of contact phone is disconnected. You can't even reach out to the number on their website. It goes to voicemail. If I am wrong, someone should follow up with me.

      I paid J&T Solutions, owned by Tyler ******, for a vacation booking service that was supposed to save me money and make travel planning easier. Instead, I was completely scammed. The service was falsely advertised – I was promised exclusive deals, personalized booking, and cost savings, but none of that ever materialized.
      After taking my money, Tyler became unresponsive and failed to deliver anything close to what was agreed upon. What I got was a mess of empty promises, no real bookings, and zero follow-through. When I tried to get answers or a refund, I was ignored and stonewalled.
      This company is dishonest and predatory. Tyler ****** and J&T Solutions are not to be trusted under any circumstances. If you value your money and your travel plans, stay far away.

      They didn't' look into this matter very hard. This company did not follow through with their agreement. They offered a Hawaii vacation as an incentive to sign up to become a member and while the Hawaiian vacation was not fulfilled by the program it was very much part of the package that was purchased. I was given the run around about how that was going to be fulfilled, A empty promise and unfulfilled promotion is what I got. I can send the text messages to validate I did not ask for any more than what Tyler promised and never followed through with. Stay away from this business, I am hoping BBB can help get this fixed but I didn't get the Promotional trip I paid for. and The service for the program didn't' workout any better for my trip to Seattle.

      Absolutely amazing experience so far. We’ve booked 4 trips in the last 2 years. I promised Harry the day we got out money back I’d leave a review. Have already referred in 4 friends and look forward to many more trips

      After reading the comments below, and knowing I was the gullible one falling for the presentation. The presentation sounded so amazing and that I would get such amazing deals. I fell for it, because I wanted to travel more.
      I am filing a complaint here, since I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone, the manager I signed up with, (review won't let me name person) or the owner, I tried email. (which did not work).
      I called the reservation line, and they gave me another number to call and complain to and that did not work.
      I am very disappointed with this "wholesale" club. I do not feel that they really save you any money. As I recall sitting through the amazing presentation, many things were promised, but none have been delivered.
      I was made to believe that all these wonderful trips would be at my fingertips for practically half off. Every time I call, I basically have to say what I want (like find the hotel prior to calling) or the ones I am given are nothing spectacular like in the slide presentation. All I have saved on hotels, is basically taxes.
      I tried to get an all-inclusive resort and ended up booking on my own for cheaper. When I reported this, you all said there was a computer glitch and offered it to me for 20.00 cheaper! Which was NOT a deal, because we received free airport shuttle, and you did not offer that.
      I am trying to book a cruise and same thing; no real deals and you all are acting like the cruises are full - when I find rooms on my own.
      I imagine you do not offer any refunds or desire to help a customer be satisfied or even teach us how we really save money with this membership since we cannot get a hold of anyone who seems to care.
      A warning to anyone thinking this is the way to go - DON'T.
      What is another trick they do, is have this presentation on a Friday and you only have 3 days to cancel, and it is not enough time to check it out.
      STAY AWAY!!
      I am an unsatisfied member.

      J & T Solutions offered a “free cruise” as an enticement to sign on. That was back in the beginning of May of ‘24. Life happens and we need to plan so I tried to contact them after hearing nothing starting on 12/17. I left messages on 12/17 and 12/18 and no response back. It’s impossible to get a live body as the calls go instantly to voicemail. What good is vm if there’s no return call? It’d become clear to me that this is nothing short of a scam operation with professional salespeople taking advantage of people from the get go. No, I will not be continuing any “membership” with an organization that doesn’t serve its unsuspecting customers.

      We've gotten some great deals on hotel stays so far and Tyler has gone out of his way to really help us out. Highly recommend for someone who needs frequent hotels or at a point in life where you get to plan vacations, very happy with the company.

      Hi, my name Is Nancy. My husband and I just want to thank Jon and his team for all their help on our summer trip. The savings were better than expected, considering we only used them for hotels ( avg. savings of ($25 to $75 per room). The two of us, plus our son and his family took a 17-day trip out west hotel hopping with no real plan. Thankfully we had a lot of help along the way, and as easy as it was combined with what we saved, we can't wait to see what they do for us in Alaska next summer.

      We received a mailer advertising a complementary cruise if we sat through a presentation. Long and short the presentation implies savings on vacation by having access to wholesale prices after a $10,699 purchase club membership price and a $249 annual fee. There is also an approximate $499 processing fee. There are slide show comparisons of the wholesale price compared to retail. What could make the presentation better would for the presenter to put a computer screen up, log into an actual account, and have the ability to see a price comparison in real time of the club price while someone is able to search for the same trip. Without this, it looks like a hollow sales pitch. If you have ever bought a car from a used car salesman, there are some similarities. When we decided it was not for us, we were offered an approximately $4000 dollar purchase price, rather than the $10,699 price. You see, the purpose to sell you the program is to save you money, but if you are gullible to give us the full $10,699, we will take that too. Do an internet search on these folks, a lot of consistency in reviews. At the end of the presentation we were told the complementary cruise certificate would be emailed to us. Haven't seen that either. Our salesperson seemed like a nice person, but at the end of the day, my opinion it was one of the most amateur, insincere presentations I have attended. Receiving the "gift" would be nice as promised, but at the same point, being gullible to not leave after the first five minutes was our fault, so I probably deserved it.

      This person is NOT a member, and I personally spoke to them. Their real issue is they did not see the email we sent with the cruise voucher. It had been mailed, and we resubmitted it. They have received it at this point.
      I will comment on a few things to explain more than what our guest stated.
      - we cannot show live pricing in our seminar because of legalities and contracts we have with providers. We are a members only private agency. Therefore we can not go live with the general public
      - our price does start at $10,699 and that is what most people pay for our full program. The $4000 program is much much less in benefits. It is a program that expires after two years, family members cannot use the program, and condo weeks are not part of the program. We do not Like selling this program because it is not near as good for most clients. We currently do not offer it unless it’s a very rare circumstance.
      -as far as “do research and being a lot of consistencies in reviews”- we service over 20,000 members with a 98% satisfaction rate. The majority of our reviews in the past have been from the “promotional gift” that we use for advertising and has nothing to do with our program.
