Entered into a transaction to have a timeshare sold on 1/18/2024 with a money back guarantee period of performance of 18 months. Provided attempted to assign agreement twice without permission and with a change of terms. I did not sign any of the "new" agreements or documents. Now I am trying to obtain a refund of fees paid and they are no longer answering calls or emails and the offices appear to have been vacated. Sales documents and communications have been documented with the latest response from JT Solutions on 7/20/2025 acknowledging receipt of my request advising they would get back to me within a week. They have since not responded and/or ignored all attempts to reach them.Initial Complaint

03/02/2024 My wife and I attended a seminar involving vacation travel. J & T Solutions out of Republic, Mo offered a vacation travel with discounts at the cost for $4,199.00.
We did not accept their offer due to the fact that we had an existing Time Share, at that time J & T Solutions offered to terminate our existing Time Share for an additional $1,500.00 within 18 months. We accepted their offer, paying the total amount of $5,699.00.
J & T Solutions instructed us NOT to pay our existing Time Share maintenance fees and to NOT contact our Time Share Co for any reason or at any time. J & T Solutions informed us that they would handle everything from that point on.
On May 1, 2024 we received our annual Time Share maintenance fee dues in the amount of $1,246.50. At that time I contacted the owner of J & T Solutions, Tyler Soutee, he instructed me NOT to pay anything towards my Time Share fees, stating that J & T was handling everything.
A few days past when ****** Management LLC contacted me by phone stating they would be taking over the cancelation of our Time Share for an additional $3,800.00, which would freeze my credit and instructed me not to put any information on the memo section of my check. Their comment was very alarming to me because the original contract stated my Time Share would be canceled for $1,500.00 and nothing more. I reached out to Tyler Soutee regarding that recent phone call, he assured me that he was still going to have our Time Share canceled within the agreed 18 months that was stated in the original contract.
Since then, I have had to pay my Time Share maintenance fees , plus an additional $508.33 after it had been sent to a collection agency. Since that time, I've had no further contact with J & T Solutions; now that the 18 months has past I have been unsuccessful with making contact with Tyler Soutee or J & T Solutions. I want a full refund which was stated in the original contract with the total amount of $ 5,699.00 plus $508.33.Business Response

This file was sent to our sister company and forms were signed by this client that they were taking over. I will get with ****** and have them resolve this matter. My hands are tied because of the paperwork that was signed by the client with ******. I hope by the time this is replied to, that Mr. ****** will have answers to these concerns and a remedy will have taken place.Customer Answer

I’m here because J&T Solutions has not upheld their commitments in the contract. It was stated in contract that if they didn’t terminate my timeshare with Bluegreen within 18 months they would refund my payments of $4199.00 plus an additional &1500.00 paid to terminate my commitment with Bluegreen. They did turn it over to ****** management LLC who wanted an additional $3800.00 to freeze my credit rather than terminate my commitment with Bluegreen. ****** management also asked me not to put anything in the memo on that check which threw up a red flag to me. They then lied to me about having a business location that I could go to. I declined that because that was not the agreement in contract with J&T solutions. They then come back and said they would wave the $3800.00 to freeze my credit. Again the agreement was to terminate my timeshare within Bluegreen. I have been lied to from the beginning of this. I have been unable to reach Tyler Soutee or J&T Solutions.Initial Complaint

In June 2024, we paid JT Solutions $1300 to facilitate the exit of our timeshare. When the terms of the conditions were not met, I reached out to them. The attached documentation describes the issue in greater detail. Ultimately, they charged us $1300 for nothing! They gave our information to a third party that was going to charge us ADDITIONAL funds to exit the timeshare. I have tried to reach out to J & T Solutions and my last email was returned as undeliverable. Since we also purchased a travel club membership with them, we are now concerned that those funds may also be lost.
I've attached a copy of my email communication with them, copies of our receipts and signed agreements. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

The crux of this issue is that the ****** ******** ******* was presented as an option to the dream trip as an option and advertised and sold to us as a material inducement for us to enter into the contract. While it may not be a significant part of the deal from your perspective, it absolutely was from ours. We signed the contract believing that we were receiving that benefit or the equivalent in exchange for our fees. And it is reflected in the contract where it says "Aloha, Hawaii dream trip . . .and the picture flyer stating as such " and again on the form where we checked for the "gift" and the "Hawaii Dream Trip" was added in writing. It is immaterial, as a promise under the contract, if it is styled as a "gift" or some other term. J&T is not delivering on their end of the contract.
I do hear you when you are saying the trip is based on availability and when the trip is made and to that point, I could conceded to the Idea the "Dream Vacation location list on the flyer" was not available at this time like you said, but after I contacted the Company gocrv.com using the Certificate Number Issued - ********* who is responsible for the fulfillment of the "Dream Trip" and they said that the ****** Hawaiian Vacation property is not and has not been a property used for this "promotion" and until I paid the $250 deposit they could not validate any property, other than to say it would be one of the 2 (Waikiki Pearl and La Croix in Honolulu Hawaii) listed on the Terms and Conditions based on the time of travel. So I believe it is clear the intent was to use the ****** Name and brand to falsely market something that was not going to be promised. It Also said I only had 6 months to book and 12 months to travel and the contract states we would have 18 months to book.
Tyler did side with us and claimed to have booked, but did not provide any confirmation number or assurance that the property did in fact get booked after we had agreed to the dates, location and pricing.Business Response

I would like to respond to this complaint by explaining that the consumer did receive the intended certificate and it is a 3rd party holder that maintains all policies and control over those certain certificates. Our office has tried to assist with and have stated this to the consumer. The ****'s are welcome to contact me directly at ************ or via email at ************************* or ***********************************. I would still like an opportunity to work out this issue with the consumer and resolve any misunderstandings or miscommunications related to this certificate and it's acknowledgments the consumer signed in order to receive this certificate.

I am rejecting this response because: Tyler is trying to state the contract has a clause that he isn't responsible. Trying to use a clause in the contract that is not signed and therefore not valid. To show my willingness to work this out and to show BBB and everyone reading this, I am making reasonable efforts to work this out. Here is the timeline since receiving his response. I reached out to Tyler through the new phone number he provided in his response. I was able to get through and We discussed the booking for our September trip, which we have booked our flights (based on our previous conversation) and now separate Airbnb accommodation(which is fully refundable). He stated he thought his people had booked our reservation, he canceled the temporary accommodation from Jan to drop the credit card dispute and wanted to try and work it out and make it right. I said Great, I can still cancel my Airbnb, but my air tickets are not changeable(per airline) and he can uphold our agreement. He didn't address ignoring my text message and phone calls to verify in April and May. But that is water under the bridge. He did ask I give him to the afternoon to rebook and make it right, I said Great. I received a text message in the afternoon asking about check in dates. I responded with the dates and he responded with: The only option to change would be check in on the 22nd. I'm not sure what size of unit or which resort I'm gathering that information now. But obviously that would mean some modifications on your own. At this point I had already made my airline ticket purchase, so I responded with My airline tickets are not changeable so checking would have to be the 21 and checkout the 28, that was based on the accommodation that we originally planned on from our conversation back in Feb / March where we started this process.
I tried to call but didn't get an answer. So I sent another text message asking for an update based on my response about my already purchased air tickets. He responded The only thing they had was 22nd I have a really good Alaskan cruise certificate with air I could give you.
So we sent a email letter with our response asking for cancellation and refund since the Hawaiian vacation was unfulfilled and we would drop our complaint or he could refund part of the cost of our purchase. I have Attached the email with that information.
After 2 days there was no response to the email so I texted asking what do I say to the BBB complaint. He responded that the contract didn't require him to do anything more and quoted a separate part of the contract, that was not initialed. He tried to referred to our Hawaii dream trip as a promotional certificate and not a credit but that isn't what our contact states. His justification is not part of the contract. It's not signed and therefore invalid.
What is valid: In lieu of receiving the promotional gift for your attendance. We were given a credit off the Hawaiian dream vacation off your purchase to become a member of J&T Solutions. Which as it stands, the value of that vacation is $1698. I am attaching the contract of what we signed highlighting the valid parts of the contract. So a last ditch effort I asked to refund me back $1698 otherwise he is in breach of the contract and we request a complete refund.
As this point the contract is not fulfilled and his rating should be lowered to reflect his violation and difficulty to work with. I would suggest to stay away from this business and do not work with them.
Sincerely,
Spencer ****Business Response

I have tried to make this right with Mr. ****, and I have sent hundreds of messages on this matter over the months. We are honoring what is in our contract, which is the membership they purchased and the original dream vacation. That is exactly what was paid for, and the 'dream vacation' is mentioned in the third letter, but I have verified it is active. I was trying to accommodate this member because, from the beginning, he was using a picture referenced on the dream trip as a guarantee to be at that specific property. I will say he also mentioned that the representative claimed he could stay at that specific property. I had no proof of this being said, only his word and the sales rep's word, which were completely opposite. But now, after my dealings of 'giving an inch,' I believe the sales rep did not state he could stay at that specific property; it was just an example. In fact, the printout has many locations in many countries and is just an example. So, for that reason, I am done trying to accommodate this member. There will be no refund given on my end. They have exactly what they paid for in writing, and everything has been delivered to them. They have left multiple negative reviews from multiple accounts. They have also gone to the Attorney General, to whom I have replied as well. I’ve gone above and beyond to help this member. Sonia, please state again what the member paid for; they have it—nothing more, nothing less. Their membership is active with the travel agency, and the initial dream trip, with huge value, is active and can be used.Customer Answer

The business has misspoke on what they have done and tried to do and is telling half truths. To respond to the message, it is true that he tried to make things right by communicating through text messages, while there have been many messages hundreds is an exaggeration and is not true. In those text messages we agreed to certain things that were not followed through or held up on his end. The business cited clauses in the contact that we did not sign and are not valid with the options as part of the agreement. To speak about my dream vacation. The flyer showed the ****** ******** ******* as the Hawaiian vacation as the selling point, while I can certainly understand that that specific property may not be available, it represents a certain standard and the actual property should be of an equal or greater value. The property proposed Waikiki Pearl, which was far less attractive and much lower in quality and farther away from the beach than the desired ******* ******* village destination. The replacement property should be equal or higher if the ****** is not available. This is because the ****** name and location was used to materially induce us in the purchase of membership and move forward with the contract. This fact was conceded by Tyler and he claimed to have booked the property, and if it would have this whole issue would be a mute point. After I tried for several months to receive confirmation I posted my negative reviews because of no contact. In his response after negative reviews he admitted he thought he did make the booking but found out it did not get booked. We already had purchased the Air tickets for the dates after we discussed and agreed on the dates. After the negative reviews we received contact again he said: "It should be booked. Please call the agency and ask for the condo department

I did and called all the places I could think of. I tried to give you all the benefit of the doubts sent texts, emails
***** ******** Jun 2, 7:57 PMLet’s get one thing straight. I’ve refunded you money…. And you were in the wrong in the beginning. And I have all of that in writing. Period. So keep your threats away from me. And go off the contract. ???
I asked him to book the trip like he agreed. We were confused because we were not asking for a refund, we were asking for confirmation he had booked the resort at the ****** Hawaiian Village.
I replied back with
Well, no confirmation has been sent, while I have contacted ****** including the condo department trying to find the alleged booking, which is beyond fair, since all I asked for was a confirmation number for the booking you claimed I have submitted a claim has been filewith the attorney generals office and with the BBB. Google reviews have reflected your lack of follow through and lack of communication. Facebook has also been reviewed, I just wanted a confirmation number.
***** ******** Jun 3, 8:30 AM
Well then it's a legal matter at this time and I can't help you. All I asked was for you to check. I am not the agency side of things I am the sales side. But since you want to go that route we can wait for a verdict on these complaints and we can suspend your membership in the mean time and spend hours fighting. I'll show my side, our contracts, our messages and you can do the same. We have a whole team to assist. Please contact ************************* and cease communication with my cell phone
You Jun 3, 8:32 AM
What agency? who do I contact? ignoring me when asking for confirmation number how is that good business.
You still have not supplied any confirmation or who to contact
You Jun 3, 8:39 AM
It didn't have to be a legal matter. You could have just supplied some way to confirmThen from a different phone number he responded with
The only option to change would be check in on the 22nd. I'm not sure what size of unit or which resort I'm gathering that information now. But obviously that would mean some modifications on your own.

***** ******** Jul 28, 5:11 PM

I have a really good Alaskan cruise certificate with air I could give you. While He did offer some different days but we already purchased our air tickets months before when we thought we had it worked out. I didn't get much detail on what he could do before I got the contract... and cited parts of the contract that were not signed and that is not what we agreed to. He also claimed to have given us a refund and that he did what we agreed to but now he has changed his tune to just use what we purchased, We didn't get what we purchased and I we were reasonable in asking for a refund as this business used the ****** ******** ******* as a intisement and then replaced the incentive of the Waikiki Pearl, which was a far less attractive option. It was clear at this point that J&T had misrepresented the Hawaiian ****** to induce us into signing up for a membership that we would never have otherwise purchased. In fact, J&T since then has said that the Dream Vacation to Hawaii has nothing to do with the membership, despite its prominent place in the sales pitch.
At this point, the right step is a prompt, full refund and cancellation of the membership. We ask that the BBB help in the solution of this matter. At a minimum he should refund the $1628 plus taxes based on the agreed amount from our text message on March 24, 2025.Initial Complaint

I had bought a camping timeshare that I did not know was a time share at the time and I wanted a way out of my contract. My soon to be sister in laws friend worked for J&T solution after her recommendation to use them to exit my time share I called and was paired up with a gentleman named Scott. He discussed my options with me and I decided to use them to exit the time share that I am in. I paid them there fee and signed a contract with them. Communication has been once per month throught an email from a woman named Maryjane **********. Spelling may be wrong with the last name. I was sent an email in October From Maryhane I believe stating everything should be done March. Since then I have left numurose voicemails and emails to get an update and have called every phone # that I can find for anyone that I had spoken with. All cell phones go strait to voicemail and the office phone as well. I have yet to receive a phone call back from anyone to give me any updates on my case. I'm start to think this was a scam and I am starting to become very concerned with this. All I want is an actual phone call from someone followed up with an email or text stating what is going on with my case.Business Response

Mr. ****** is now out of his timeshare that he contracted us to get out of. He not only has the letter from our attorneys, but he also did a conference call with his case manager, and the attorneys office after this complaint was left.
I do want to apologize about the lack of communication on our end. We let go of a view employees, switched phone companies, and thought we were more organized with the changes. Mr. ******’s calls slipped through.
Mr. ****** if you have more questions or there is more to this please reach out to Tom, and we are happy to help.

Purchased a trial membership with J&T Solutions Feb. 2024 Promised that future travel would be booked by J&T licensed travel agents. Last minute trip to Ireland for a wedding. Traveling Sept. 2-14
*Aug. 7- Contacted J&T Solutions- Send itinerary.
*Aug.9- we sent itinerary
*Aug. 13- heard nothing since the 9th, sent follow-up email to be sure he
received it.
*Aug. 14- Response: "Yes, I received it. I am putting it together." no salutation or closing
*Aug. 22- Followed up again asking how our lodging quote was coming along.
*Aug. 23- His response was "yes, i am working on it." Two hours later he sent the quote- no hello,
thank you or any type of friendly salutation! I responded back within a couple of hours
after going over the quote with my husband. Told the agent everything looked great
with one date correction and asked about a couple of hotels that may be an option for
one night he was still working on. He responded back in caps "I'LL BE IN TOMORROW TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
*Aug. 24- No response
*Aug. 26- Six days from our departure- I sent an email to the agent with detailed information about the hotel I had found mentioned above under Aug. 23. I gave him the price, room specifications etc. & asked if he would be able to get a better price. Signed it with, Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
*Aug. 28- We received a call in the morning from another agent saying that John would be out of the office the rest of the week at a seminar but she would help us with the bookings. I called her twice on Aug. 28 and left messages. I call her again on Aug. 29 and left a message. No response! 5 days before our trip and no hotels. I spent the next 4-5 days (many hours) securing lodging for our trip. Upon returning, approximately 2 weeks ago, I tried to reach out to corporate by sending an email as directed, through their website as I was unable to find a phone number. Of course, as expected, I received no response back.Business Response

We strive to make sure we never have any miscommunication with our members. We have reviewed this complaint and here are the details we have found on our end from the agent that were working with(John)
on 6/6/24 she called and wanted info on tours. i explained the difference between packaged, guided tours and independent tours .
I suggested she look at GATE1 TRAVEL for some ideas, but she said she has a friend help her.
on 8/7/24 she called and had an itinerary for an independent self-guided tour . I asked her to send it to me she did. I called her back and explained
that each town and hotel stay would be an individual booking and I asked if she could tell me the type of hotel and accommodations she wants. She was vague.
Between 8/7/24 and 8/23/24 I called several times to get her feedback and usually her husband answered without any feedback.
These types of tours do need a degree of input and member pro activity. Without those things , I put together the itinerary that you see in attitudes.
either Sat or Monday I called her to start booking each hotel which requires an authorization form . she called about a couple of corrections. I was in on Saturday
which was not my usual schedule. and she didn't seem ready to give the credit card to book. I remember telling her at some time with the itinerary she can call i to book with any agent
if I was out of the office or on the phone. Somehow, she never got back to be or any other agent. This is not a retail travel agency where there is commission, and we follow a sales protocol rather we are a wholesale travel club. With all that information from the Travel agent this member was working with, it's clear there is a disconnect and I would like to speak to this member directly. I have reached out to this member with no success. I will be trying to reach this member again to make sure there are no more issues and to see if we can somehow make this one experience understood/right. Member can reach me directly at 417-576-5070 and im happy to assist.

On January 15, 2024, my family and I purchased a multi-family traveling package from
J & T Solutions, drawn by the promise of exceptional vacation deals. As we are now in a
phase of our lives where travel has become a priority, Before we signed the agreement, I looked at the ratings on BBB and thought I would be safe investing.
Our first experience was on February 19, 2024, we attempted to plan our first vacation with
Robin Booth with no success. It was only after I reached out to you via ********
Messenger on February 26, 2024, expressing my concerns, that action was taken. Second experience was a family member who also attempted to use the services in April 2024 also received no response. Third experience was on on May 6, 2024, we emailed Robin Booth regarding another vacation. I received a response stating, "Yes, I will let you know," but never heard back. I then called a week later and spoke with another agent about planning vacations for the weeks of June 30th and August 24th. Despite taking our information, we still have not heard back
We have adhered to all contractual guidelines, yet J&T Solutions has not upheld its end of
the agreement. Given these circumstances, we no longer wish to continue doing business
with J & T Solutions.
I have given J&T Solutions multiple opportunities to rectify these issues over the past five
months and have communicated our dissatisfaction multiple times. Therefore, I request
that J &T Solutions terminate our contract due to their breach and refund us$6,495.00 we
paid for these inadequate services. Additionally, I request that J&T Solutions cease and
desist any future payments, communications, or solicitations. Lastly, giving the business reviews, I want BBB to update its rating of this business and do a thorough investigation.Business Response

Mrs **** is correct that she came to a presentation on January 15th and elected do business. Member was activated and has full access to book travel at our wholesale pricing, with an in house travel agent. Member has attached most communication but claims we have made it hard for her to book travel. My attachment titles “**** agency emails” will show that the ****** are completing falsifying details of their communication with our agency.
As you will see from the emails between member and travel agents you will see why member stating “she never heard back” or that members “were unable to book travel” are completely false and an out right lie.
February 20th member called in for pricing. Received pricing VIA email from Robin(see attached) member emailed back that she would like pricing on any week at many different resorts as long as the week fell between may 25-June 29th. This is a huge ask, because it’s not as simple as an agent to search this criteria and get pricing. We have multiple vendors and whole-sellers, and something this vague is very difficult to search. With that being said, Richard did escalate it to management(Richard) Richard emailed back with pricing on February 27th and member replied (2 days later) that they would like to move forward with one of the properties. Richard asked they call in to provide credit card number for the booking. Member called in, and left message. Richard returned call.
our agents very professional, the pricing is amazing and a huge savings.
as you can see from
attached there is more communication on other requests as well.
as for me, Mrs **** did reach out on ******** messenger and I replied to her message immediately and we spoke several times. I handled any issues she had, but it seemed one issue would always be another. So each time I believed it was handled it seemed something else would be made up to complain about.
we strive to make our members happy, but it seems it is impossible with this member. We will not be issuing a refund, and the member is activated and can book travel as we speak. I’m happy to assist, but they did ask we cease communication with them. But our lines are open and they are active.

Thank you for your letter dated
September 26, 2024.
I have reviewed the correspondence
from J&T Solutions and would like to offer my rebuttal.
The first paragraph states that I
have full access to book travel at wholesale pricing through an in-house travel
agent. However, the agreement we signed on January 15th specifies that I can
make reservations either via the online booking engine or by phone with an
agent. Firstly, the online booking engine is not functional for members to make
reservations. Secondly, I have made multiple attempts to book reservations by
phone, yet my requests through email and calls have gone unanswered by J&T
agents. In Mr. ******’s correspondence, he noted that my request was too broad,
this was my first time utilizing the service. Rather than advising me to narrow
my request, the agent did not respond at all. It was only after reaching out to
Mr. ****** via ******** Messenger that I received any assistance weeks later,
which when I provided more specific details. Even so, this was after several
weeks of persistent follow-up on my part.
Additionally, I have made several
attempts to contact J&T Solutions to book other travels, all of which have
yielded no results despite my continued efforts and supporting evidence of my
communications. Mr. ****** himself acknowledges this in his letter. What value
does the membership offer if I am unable to book travel neither online or with
an agent? This is inconsistent with standard practices in the travel industry.
I can easily go to a plethora of other entities and book travel through a
website at any time. Moreover, the restrictions imposed on when I can make
reservations further complicate working with an agent.
While Mr. ****** claims that he
wishes to assist us and maintains that our membership is active, his actions
contradict this claim, particularly in his sending of a threatening message via
********, which I find deceptive and misleading.
I respectfully request that the
Better Business Bureau (BBB) investigate the numerous similar reviews left by
other members facing the same issues and consider reevaluating the company’s
rating. Furthermore, I ask that J&T Solutions terminate our contract due to
their breach of the agreement, specifically their failure to provide the
promised online booking system or agent-assisted reservations. I also request a
full refund of our membership fees and that J&T Solutions cease all further
payments, communications, or solicitations.Sincerely,
Paul & Celena ****

This will be my last response to this complaint and I’ve done everything I can to resolve this issue. The member has been active, we have booked thousands of vacations for happy members since all of this complaining has started. We clearly are not seeing eye to eye and I have backed all of what we’ve said up in writing. I’ve anlso proved her claims to be false. Now I’ll back why the claims in the members last rebuttal are false and misleading as well.
The agreement mutually signed on Jan. 15th(see attached) was initialed on page 3, paragraph 3 by Mrs ****. The paragraph is very clear and states:
We/l understand when logging into the website, very little member inventory and pricing will be seen. The website is limited and is not a tool for booking vacations.
This member continues to lie, continues to try to harm my company, and continues to make this harder than it has to be. Up until this point the member could easily have booked vacations by calling our toll free number I’ve spent hours having to rebuttal to the BBB, credit card company, and the attorney general.
we have done nothing wrong what so ever, we sell a great program that member has access to. We will not be refunding this member.
as for effecting our rating, we’ve wrote 1700 new contracts this year alone, clearly our program is exactly what we say it is, if not better. Mrs. **** has my personal cellphone number, and I’m happy to answer any questions, or help with anything but clearly I can’t help if she just continues to make things up on these complaints, and doesn’t actually have an issue.

I am rejecting this response based on the evidence I have provided, which clearly demonstrates that J&T Solutions failed to deliver the requested services. Rather than addressing the issue, their responses have been limited to unproductive and threatening communications. Regrettably, my experience with J&T Solutions has been unsatisfactory, and I regret the time and energy invested in this engagement.Additionally, I request that the BBB investigate the company, review other complaints in the review, and reconsider their current rating.
Sincerely,
Celena ****Initial Complaint

I called the company in March stating that I no longer needed their service as my time shares were forfeited. I noticed in May that I was still being charged fees. In May I called and left a message stating that there were two monthly fees charged to me after I cancelled the service and asked for them to be refunded. A week later, no one called me back or contacted me so I went to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Now I am getting very abrasive and threatening phone calls about the returned charges. They are trying to bully me and scare me into making these monthly payments even though I don't use their service. After the first threatening phone call I called the person back and left him a voice mail explaining the whole situation. He then called back more angry, threatening and abusive trying again to bully me and scare me into making the payment immediately.Business Response

I am the owner of J&T Solutions LLC responding to this complaint.
I first want to say it’s a shame that we couldn’t discuss this matter and come up with a resolution. Out of the thousands of clients we’ve had over the years, I’ve never had a complaint until now
Mr/Mrs ****** contracted with our company on 5/3/2022. Upon contracting with our company they paid a down payment and we financed the rest of the amount owed for our services in-house. Which we don’t even do anymore because we get taken advantage of like we did here.
our services are not monthly, we charge an upfront fee. Because they expressed coming up with the money upfront was not possible, I approved my representative to allow them to make payments for half of the money over a 12 month period.
We successfully terminated their timeshare agreements, just like they hired us to do. And now they are saying they would like to cancel their monthly payments. The money they were paying monthly was not for a monthly service, it was for a job that we did!
I have never threatened the client. I simply let them know this as well. Sara has never reached out to me, in fact it was her son who left me a voicemail stating they would like to cancel our services…. This would be like me buying something on my CC and then telling my CC that I wouldn’t no longer like to pay them. To make it very clear again:
WE DO NOT OFFER MONTHY SERVICES, we have a few to do legal work to get clients out of their timeshare, which we did!
My company is still owed money for the work we completed. I have attached the original contract, that states the client agrees to pay $XXX.00 a month for 12 months.
I’ve tried rectifying this with Mrs. ******, and with her son. They even have my personal cellphone number. But apparently it’s going to have to be handled in court.
I have also won the dispute with my credit card company, which means their legal team favored with us based upon the contract that was signed.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20137799, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.My husband made the contract with J&T Solutions and I didn't know what the terms were. He passed away suddenly in September of 2022. I found a note in his file showing J&T Solutions was paid for this service and thought we owed them monthly dues until the timeshares were sold. I never saw a contract and when I called to cancel I wasn't told I was under contract just a thank you.
Sincerely,
Sara ******
