Avoid. Sold me a used luxury car pig-in-a-polk costing me thousands immediately after purchase. Will not respond to attempts to resolve.

Dealership salesperson, Koray, told us the Rx 350 we purchased came with a cargo cover. When we observed that it was missing, Koray said the previous owner may have it and he would contact them about it. Two weeks later he said they(previous owner) had not received their household goods from Germany. Now a month has passed and repeated texts, phone calls to the service advisor, Cheryl Collins, and emails (including text messages to the manager) have not been addressed. Seems like once they get your money, forget any future service from them!

My family and I have had our third and last disappointing experience with Toyota of Fort Walton. After two separate parts being recalled on the vehicle, we have come to this location for servicing. As is noted in multiple other reviews, your appointment time means nothing but when they want you to show up to get in line and/ or complete paperwork. They are taking in customers they cannot fulfill the needs for. Multiple times, this location has made the appointment with us, only to inform us after having the vehicle for hours that the parts are not there or available. They have made no attempt to use due diligence and courtesy and advise us before a day trip to the location. Today, after once again being told the tires needed for the car are not there (again, hours after they had possession of the car), we were told we would get a loner car and they would deliver our vehicle to our home once the service had been completed. We thought this was a nice turn of luck- it was not the case. After we returned to the dealership, we got told they had *fortunately located the needed tires at another dealership, would not be issuing a car to us, and we would have to wait another several hours. We of course expressed how this was unacceptable and how we have continued to be mis communicated with. The management immediately brushed off our concerns with an, “oh well, we will deal with it when we get to it,” attitude. We made the decision to leave and will be taking our service and all other future Toyota business elsewhere. One mistake is understandable, two is forgivable, but on the third we cannot continue to allow the gross mismanagement and incompetence to waste our time.

They screwed me over! They up-charged me around 280% on one part and 129% on another. The first part cost $12-$16 and they charged me $65. The second part cost $60-$70 and they charged me $147.23. I spoke to the service manager and was essentially told, “too bad.” It is shameful and the price gouging of this dealership should be investigated.

My 2014 Prius was towed to Fort Walton Beach (FWB) Toyota, where the service department diagnosed an "inverter" failure. They told me it would cost me $4500 out-of-pocket. This was more money than I was prepared to pay on an older/high mileage vehicle, so I started discussions with the sales department about a replacement vehicle. On a Sunday afternoon, we agreed on a price that seemed reasonable. This included a $1500 trade-in valuation on my 2014 Prius, which they designated as a "salvage vehicle." First thing Monday morning, I received a phone call from the FWB Toyota service department with the, "good news" that the failed inverter on my 2014 Prius was indeed under warranty, and that they were prepared to fix my car at no cost to me. Upon hearing this news, I contacted the sales manager. He told me that there was nothing he could do. Because the title had already been switched over to the dealer, the Toyota warranty on the inverter was no longer actionable. This all occurred without a single dollar changing hands.
To summarize: Due to the incompetence and/or ignorance of FWB Toyota I was MISLEAD into thinking I needed a new car. I am now saddled with a $30,000 car payment, when I should still be driving my 2014 Prius for FREE. The worst part is that FWB Toyota refused to take ANY responsibility for their mistake with zero compensation...not a "sorry," not a free oil change, complementary detailing, NOTHING. I don't want to sound hyperbolic, but they basically stole a ~$5000 car from me.
As a retired veteran, I've experienced car dealers from around the world. I have never felt so disrespected. I implore my fellow VETERANS, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

The dealer uses unethical practices when selling their vehicles. Once you speak with a salesperson, they write up a sales agreement showing the selling price, taxes, doc fee, and any added options, in this case $299 for lifetime nitrogen in your tires. They have you sign this document showing your intent to purchase the vehicle. They will not provide you with this document, and they will not allow you to leave with it or keep it. After you agree and they take care of the business of financing etc, then you are taken to the finance office. The window sticker that was on the car when you looked at it, magically disappears never to be seen by the consumer again. Once in the finance office, they present you with a different Retail Purchase Contract that contains the selling price which included the $299 lifetime nitrogen charge from the original document you signed. Then immediately under that it lists “Dealer Options” $299 Lifetime nitrogen (which was already included in the purchase price at the top of the contract, now charging you twice for the same thing). I have experienced this twice in one week, the first time when my step son purchased a vehicle and he caught it, brought it to TIM the finance attention, and only because he took a photo of the original document, he was told, O’sorry this was our mistake. The second time was on this date with my purchase, they charged me twice for the same thing. This dealership is charging customers twice for the same item. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and will file a complaint with Ashley Moody’s office tomorrow when they open. There is no telling how many customers they have done this to. They owe me a refund of $299, but of course I can see they are going to claim I have no proof that was in the original price, obviously because they kept the window sticker and the original sale agreement I signed.

Do not recommend using them for service on your vehicle, schedule appointment for an oil change. Took them an hour and a half to do a simple oil change. Get the car back and inside of car stinks like used oil, there was oil/grease smeared all over the front bumper cover where they drug the oil fill hose on it, didn't even replace the oil change sticker on the windshield, and then don't even get me started on their "recommended services" excessively dirty air filter (have a K&N air filter) there was like 1 bug stuck between the ribs otherwise clean. Brake fluid excessively discolored looks brand new absolutely no discoloration. Transmission fluid discolored (just serviced transmission 15k miles ago with a different shop) fluid looks brand new still. Even said front differential fluid had to be serviced and there isn't even a front differential on my car it's part of the transmission. All totaled recommended services were around $1100 and everything I checked or had checked by another shop were straight lies and not needed completely dishonest service department.
