  They did a reinstall of my system due to new roof. 3.5 years later I got leaks in my new roof , called them and finally came down and they saw all my clamps on there system falling off and showed them the water coming through They spent over an hour on my roof trying to see all the other clamps trying to fix , I rolled them I did ask them to fix those I want my leak fixed , **** said he wanted to work on the other places so it did not leak every where else . They never came back and I have videos and audio of them working up there that day .got an email later in time saying not there problem .Thats not what they said when they first installed my system they said they do a good job and you would never get leaks or they wouldnt be in business so I put the system in and it worked great but the crew did the reinstall Did a bad job I showed JohnM with his screws did not even hit the trust and just right through my roof and with a few years of weather they let loose and caused the damage .Who honestly would put a system in if they said they werent responsible for the installation in the leaks comes down to shady poor work and they are fully insured to protect their customers and they didnt. I had a call in a roofing company in a cost me $2600 to fix all that c*** Pretty sad when you hire green and give a job to a big company in my area and they dont stand up to what they did. It wouldve cost them a lot last to fix it, so now I have to give a warning beware of this company. I have videos I have my bill. I have the email sadly terrible that is a company out there that this is a very important part of my home and they left me out without help trust me stay away , if they tell you, this is a lie I have the videos and a dates in the audio of them on my roof saying they would be back. They need to get better clamps and they want to talk to the boss before they came back and that was the end of that , beware

  Solar Energy Systems installed my system the end of January 2023. In the past 17 months they have been both responsive when I had questions and proactive when the system notified them of an issue (I stopped my wifi for 3 months when I was going to be away for most of 3 months). All info was available once the wifi was on again. The system has performed as well as or better than I was told to expect. Im very satisfied.

  I had a 26KW General generator installed from solar energy systems, and I had a fantastic experience There was a lot of back-and-forth with the city of ******************* for permitting, as our city is notorious for, but solar energy systems was on top of everything *** and ***** were fantastic within this process involved in every step of the way Locally, we had another major generator installer, go out of business, leaving many customers with incomplete or never started jobs after taking money from them.I have never thought in any step of the way that my down payment money for the work to be secured was ever in jeopardy with solar energy systems, and felt totally comfortable the work was going to be completed with the highest of standards and Honestly. As customers may not know about the generator installs from solar energy systems due to the name of the company, While focusing on the solar powered options.I recommend anyone with Generator Installation needs to reach out to them for a flawless way to secure themselves from power outages in our stormy Florida environment. Thank You

  It was a pleasure working with Solar Energy Systems for the installation of our solar panels. Almost two years of power generation has slashed about half of our FPL bill.

  My name is *****************************, I am writing this post because we were misled at the time of purchase after the installation of the solar unit and the hot solar water heater. First, our contract stated we had ten years warranty which would cover parts and labor. Then, about six after the installation the pipes in the water system began clogging and the tank was leaking. We called for service, and the technician explained clogged, and leaking was due to **************** Bad Water. He was very emphatic about this know problem. I requested to speak with the owner of the company. The owner and service manager paid a visit. I want to hear from the other about this ************* Bad Water and the reason white the sold me assistance if there was known problems. ***, the owner at the time explained the cause of the issue. Once I was told the issue was caused by the Bad water of the City Once again, I asked them, if this was a known problem, why did you sell a Faulty System that cost almost 10K dollars. He said he couldnt say anything because the City of **************** had threatened him and the company with defamation. He suggested buying a water softener for the house. I did at a cost of 5 thousand dollars. I have done everything that has been suggested and my system is still clogging and leaking, and this Company wont honor the 10-year warranty. I am demanding for management to contact and solve the problem immediately.

  We have been out to his home multiple times and serviced his system.  There are over $400 in invoices that he has refused to pay.  I can provide a copy of his contract and the warranty information that was provided to him at time of sale.  It clearly states the tank has a 6 year manufacturer warranty and since the box on the front is checked yes for 1 year warranty the tank is extended to 10 years. The panel has a 10 year manufacturer warranty.  Parts and labor are 1 year.
