  On August 2, 2025, their technician informed me that since I was in the process of moving, the initial indoor treatment could be scheduled for the next service appointment. This was noted in my account portal.Based on this information, I scheduled a service for September 5, 2025, and took the afternoon off work to ensure access for the indoor treatment. However, the technician they sent, *********** *., stated he would not perform the indoor service because he was "not programmed" to do so, despite my having taken time off for this appointment.Additionally, the technician's service report indicates that he mixed 5 gallons of chemicals with water but only applied about a quarter of that mixture sparingly along the perimeter of the property. The entire process lasted less than 4 minutes, which is grossly inadequate for the service promised. Now, they want to charge me an early termination fee due to their non-performance. I do not recommend this company. I sent them a letter on September 5, 2025, and they have not responded, yet they are quick to request payment for the non-service. I notice I am not the only person affected by this situation. Please be cautious and don't fall into this trap!e be cautious and don't fall into this trap!

  Avoid this company. Salesman came to our house and told us it was a month by month agreement. We could cancel anytime we were not happy with the service. They came once, 6/11/2025, and treated but we ended up with more issues. Called them and asked for a "emergency" retreat. That's what they told us to do if there were issues before the next scheduled time. They would not come out until the next month was due. They never treated the second time, rescheduled twice. We called and told them to cancel the service and they told us it would be $375 to cancel the account. I tried to get them to waive the fee and they said they would remove my payment form, close my account and send me to collections.   Do not sign up with this pest control company, I signed up for their pro account for pest control and bugs, they came out once and did a service, and then they charge my account for the next service but never showed up and the worst thing is when I called The company nobody would handle the situation. I asked them to cancel my subscription and they told me there was a $375 fee to cancel which they never told us about this company sucks.

  I am extremely disappointed with EnviroGuar Pest Control. I was misled from the start. They promised certain services that were either not delivered or completely ineffective. On top of that, they pushed me into a contract without fully explaining the terms, just to get me to sign up. Now, they want even more money for services that dont work! This company feels like a scam they lie to lock you in, then dont follow through. I do not recommend EnviroGuar to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and go with someone else.
