    Daniels Modern Dentistry is the worse experience that I had in this country. Mi insurance Cigna have them as providers. I had approved $1,000 per year. I went to this dentistry and I asked for Xrays and cleaning, They did the X rays and some photos of my teeth and the cleaning lady just told me that I needed Periodontal work, she did not do anything. Then Dr. G****** came after one hour to tell me that I need a root canal and a cap. I received a paper from Cigna telling me that the Dentristry charged my $1,000 and they wanted $500 more. I already sent a complaint to Medicare. The Insurance companies should pay attention to whom they have as a providers. It is a shame, I felt robed.

    Scammers!!! Dont go here!!! They should be ashamed! Sooo grateful I got a second opinion all the work they said I needed wasnt needed. Over 2k they wanted from me and they charge your insurance double. They also make up codes that dont exist on your treatment plan. They add double codes that mean the same thing. Please please dont go here!

    IN FEB OF THIS YEAR, I WENT TO DANIELS MODERN DENTISTRY AS A NEW PATIENT IN NEED OF NEW UPPER AND LOWER DENTAL PARTIALS. BEFORE GOING I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE CO. TO VERIFY THAT THEY WERE IN MY PLAN. AT THE TIME OF MY FIRST VISIT, I CALLED MY INSURANCE CO FROM THEIR OFFICE AND HAD THEM VERIFY COVERAGES WITH THE DANIELS OFFICE MANAGER. MY INSURANCE PLAN COVERS 100% ON BASIC DENTAL PARTIALS WITH O CO-PAYS. THE DENTIST PERSONALLY SOLICITED ME TO UPGRADE TO MORE EXPENSIVE PARTIALS AND I DECLINED STATING I ONLY WANTED THE BASIC PARTIALS COVERED 100% BY MY INSURANCE. BEFORE LEAVING I MET WITH THE INSURANCE MGR. WHO ALSO TRIED TO UPGRADE ME TO MORE EXPENSIVE PARTIALS AND ONCE AGAIN I DECLINED AND ADVISED I ONLY WANTED THE BASIC COVERED 100% BY MY INSURANCE. I ASSUMED EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR. I LEFT THE OFFICE WITHOUT PAYING ANYTHING, WHICH NEVER HAPPENS IF THERE WILL BE A BALANCE DUE. THE PARTIALS WERE ORDERED AND I RETURNED 3 WEEKS LATER TO HAVE THEM FITTED AND INSTALLED. I RETURNED ONE TIME LATER TO HAVE A FREE ADJUSTMENT DONE. i HAVE MADE SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR A COPY OF THE TREATMENT PLAN AND BILLING STATEMENT WHICH THEY STILL HAVE NOT PROVIDED TO THIS DAY? I ASSUMED EVERYTHING HAD BEEN PAID BY THE INS CO UNTIL 5 MONTHS LATER WHEN I STARTED RECEIVING BILLS STATING I OWED THEM $1,500.00. I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY CALLED THEM AND SPOKE WITH THE ACTING OFFICE MGR, WE WERE ADVISED THAT THEIR OFFICE MGR WAS NO LONGER WITH THEM AND THINGS WERE ALL BACKED UP. AT THAT TIME WE WERE ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD ADJUST MY BILL AND THERE WOULD BE NO OUT-OF-POCKED COST TO ME. ONCE AGAIN I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS STRAIGHTENED OUT UNTIL I STARTED RECEIVING BILLS FOR $1,500.00. SINCE THEN I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THEM BY PHONE, TEXT, FAX, AND E-MAIL AND THEY REFUSE TO TALK TO ME. THIS DENTAL PRACTICE IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND I BELIEVE UNETHICAL IN THEIR DEALINGS. I'M AN 81 YR OLD RETIRED BANK EXECUTIVE AND I PLAN LEGAL ACTION.. WARNING-INCOMPETANT-UNETHICAL DENTIST!!

    Awful customer service help! Called in twice and spoke with an employee to simply have my dental records sent over to me. No help there. Decided to then send over two emails asking for the dental records so I could get them to my new dental office. Again, nothing. Unprofessional. I will never recommend this dental office to anyone!

    This was my first visit to the office. I had an issue with the x-rays being taken. She kept retrying to the point of me getting frustrated (which is not normal for me). Inexperienced technician? The dentist finally came to see me and refused to see me because of how upset I was. Good bedside manner? I think not. I have never been treated like this in all my years of seeing and being treated at an dentist office!!

    I went to Daniels Modern Dentistry first in 2021. I had two root canals done and two crowns. The endodontist was amazing, staff was great and I everything went fine. It did take 3 appointments to get my crowns on correctly, but overall fine experience.I came back in 2022 for a routine cleaning, all of a sudden when no more root canals need to be done, I had stage 4 periodontal disease. This was not mentioned to me in my other cleanings here (when I had to get expensive work done). So I changed dentists and got a second opinion. Surprise! No periodontal disease.In July 2023 I came back after experiencing pain and my new dentist said my crown was not on correctly so that could be the cause of the pain.I come back, am told my root canal and crown need to be redone, and see their new endodontist (fantastic dentist, he was great too). I dont need my root canal redone like ****************************** advised.Long story short- I end up paying 600 some dollars for him to fix my crown that he did incorrectly the first time. While he did help me out with a small discount, its still frustrating, and painful.Now in October 2023 I am still getting bills- (Im on a payment plan and its paid off). Bills that I dont owe and are reflected on my patient portal as outstanding. Im back at least once every month making sure I dont owe money since my bill says I do, its sleazy at best. Im lucky that I keep track of what is being paid/done since I dont think they would tell me otherwise.Their front desk staff is nice, the hygienists and dental assistants were always sweet, and both endodontists that Ive seen were fantastic. However, ****************************** and the business as a whole, I would not recommend. Im glad my time here is done and I wont be back.
